Sex Offenders aren't just popular with two faced scammers or people taking photo ops with racists.   Richard Gage roped a guy called DiNatale into pushing his non profit AETruther scam, and either is so far gone he really doesn't see the problem  or believes even the worst publicity is good publicity.

So it's not too much of a shock Ventura doesn't see interviewing a man strongly suspected of sexual predation in the skeptic community as a problem.

'Fools' might sound harsh, but they are either fools or scammers and opportunists if their activities over the years are any indication.  They stopped credible debunking ages ago,  really by early-mid 2007.  There after the blog was little more than copy pasta of other, credible debunkers, with the main course being an amplifier  for "truther" gossip.

The latest blog post is much in the same vein though not as irresponsible as some. JamesB logs in to write it, linking to a video:

Only a bit on 9/11, but skeptic Michael Shermer and conspiracy theorist extraordinaire Jesse Ventura have what actually is a relatively amiable conversation.

Why this is even slightly newsworthy for skeptics is baffling to me.  As it was blogged 3 days after the interview, it clearly wasn't topical or urgent to anyone.  A search of  "Jesse Ventura and Michael Shermer"
show literally no English language blog besides SLC covered it, not even the usual conspiracy outlets(at least not with that title):

What's even more baffling is the SLC bloggers had no problem calling out DiNatalie when  cjnewson pointed out Gage/AETruth's involvement with a sex predator.  They even blogged it.  But Shermer gets a pass.

Hmmm.

It might be because both DiNatale and Badillo were legally convicted as opposed to being convicted in the court of public opinion, which admittedly is very YMMV.  In Shermer's case one could say, well, he's not convicted so he's innocent.  But reading the history this is very unlikely.   Normal, non predatory people do not have a history going back years of predatory behavior.   So even if I don't expect SLC to denounce Shermer, I do expect ethical, responsible people to not give Shermer a platform or publicity.

And while the rape accusations may not be proved in court, Shermer's overly friendly association with Holocaust Denier David Cole is unquestionable thanks to photographic evidence.  Shermer has yet to explain their chumminess TTBOMK.

[This is all aside from another serious issue regarding the SLC blog:  like Mr. Lazo they log into their blog regularly, so, like Mr. Lazo, they have no reason not to clean their blog up.]

Whatever the SLC fools intentions claim to be, giving either Shermer or Ventura publicity isn't helping anyone...except the conspiracy industry they both profit from.

So, unless SLC has a dog in that race, it's an odd choice for an alleged debunking blog. At this point there is no point to discussing trutherism except to expose it--and report its frontmen--as a scam.

Radio host and prolific blogger Jim Fetzer hosted Mike Billington for an hour Wednesday night. Fetzer strongly supports the LaRouche movement, and wanted to address the nazi police-state measures being passed this week as part of the National Defense Authorization Bill. Fetzer had already posted on his website the video of Sen. Levin exposing Obama's personal role in preventing the watering down of the bill to eliminate the President's power to arrest and incarcerate Americans indefinitely, without cause or due process.  
      
He asked repeatedly why Obama believes he needs this power, allowing Billington to discuss the control of the madman Obama by the British Empire, the genocidal intentions of that Empire, the history of the Empire's effort to destroy the United States and sovereignty in general, and the necessary mobilization (in spite of Christmas) to stop the onrushing global nuclear war by removing Obama. Billington discussed the potential for victory through Glass Steagall and the global NAWAPA, but that the population and its leaders had to grasp the issue of metaphor and Shelley's concept of the potential transformation of common people through the awakening of creativity in a moment of crisis.       Fetzer had some disagreements on certain historical issues and on the nazi nature of the Green movement, but didn't want to waste time nit-picking over his disagreements, and kept firing questions at Billington. He told his audience that the situation could not be more dangerous, and that they should tune in next week to hear another LaRouche spokesman (Harley), and that they should go the LPAC website in the meantime.

"Fetzer strongly supports the LaRouche movement," ....rarely does one get such unequivocal statements.  Mind, one might expect Fetzer to deny it...except he's blog the interview at his own blog:

This is not entirely a surprise.  Fetzer has associated and worked with the sleaziest  Nazi whores promoting the "truth" movement.  But proof of his direct support of known frauds and cultist have been thin.

Fetzer put himself on the radar as more than just a conspiracy kook in the fall out after Tarpley's Kennebunkport warning.   He was almost certainly the person who arranged for the WQ2RX stalking porn videos to be made, that included person information gathered fraudulently mixed with images of sexualized girls, some of whom were preteens.  Ironically it was John Albanese of all people who all but backhandedly confirmed this  when he tried to poo pooed the idea in a private group email exchange, only to be schooled by another participant.

There are archived clips of Fetzer, speaking with Tarpley, and demanding to know who the people were who called out the so called "warning" as a hoax.  Soon after the videos started spawning, some of which very stupidly call for help from Craig "Killtown" Lazo's Portland friends, one a lawyer long overdue for disbarment, another a legal aid who no one has heard from since.  Lazo's friend Andrew Kelly aka Spiney was also a participant, along with the notorious Greg Thomson aka Ozzybinoswald who seems to have made most of the worst videos.

I suppose Fetzer thought he was very clever:

"I'll ask for info on people by radio interview, and when the videos show up no way can anyone think I could ever have anything to do with them being made."

Um, yeah...if they don't have a brain.  Even if Fetzer and his merry band of schmucks managed to convince persons there are "agents" trying to hide the "truth", it's still more likely the people releasing this so called anonymous info are the same scumbags who had scammed them into joining, NOT mysterious government shills.

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh.

Let us not forget that Lyndon Larouche is a convicted fraud.   So how fitting that the organization founded by one fraud is exposing another fraud.

There is a very charming fairytale still spread on the James Randi forums(now the International Skeptics whatsit): many posters, bless em,  still cling to the idea Fetzer is somehow a gullible loon who falls for every conspiracy.

On the contrary the evidence overwhelmingly points to Mr. Fetzer being an architect in the creation of these frauds, and ruthlessly recruits front men to hide his part in the con.  His associates include other big name charlatans like Webster Tarpley, Alex Jones,  Kevin Barrett...all who have strong ties to fringe right politics, Nazi apologists and racists.  Fetzer once bragged in an email chain about having a "Portland Contact".  It's obvious that was either Craig Lazo or one of his group, making rumors Fetzer is pretending to not know who Lazo is very, very funny.

This is so fucking hilarious.  Years ago the most common tactic to manipulate people conned into "truth" to sharing information was claims of "transparency".   Now the sad gits are too afraid to let people hear them.   As if being interviewed by  Holocaust Denier on the same show with a white power racist isn't enough to sink what's left of Richard Gage's tattered credibility.

(For me it was recruiting a convicted sexual predator.  

 John P. DiNatale - Richard Gage's special friend, stood together at the podium in Time Square on 9/11/13.  They also did an interview outside NBC studios on the same day. Richard has known him for at least a year. But why after a year did Richard not know that John P. DiNatale sexually abused a girl under the age of 14? This is not a rumor - this is not libel - this is the truth. John DiNatale is a registered sex offender, being tried and convicted in two different states.

In 2004 he was convicted in Richmond, NY for 2nd degree Sexual Abuse.
In the same year he was convicted in Middlesex, NJ for aggravated criminal sexual contact.

WTCDemolition.com  webmaster, Gustavo Espada.  Also heavy supporter of Gage and Gage's projects, knows full well his so called "nemesis" Keogh and Orangatan at 911Blogger are involved, making all claims at his website of Keogh and Orangutan being "shills" or whatever a fraud of lies and distraction.  Ditto on the DiNatale point.  Fucks sake, the man's freely inventing lies about "agents" and "shills"...shouldn't be too difficult to notice a real liability.  Like the rest of the frauds, he just doesn't care if pedophiles are part of the great big truther tent.

Espada is also a member of Fetzer's scholar's group, something he's never admitted to while he writes the usual bs about Fetzer being a shill.   [Side note: Espada was also a member of Vicky's group for at least several months, something else he's never admitted to]

Looking back the arrogance of these people is amazing.  They clearly never expected to be caught out.  As it is, just wait long enough and it all comes out in the wash.

Farewell Hero Cynthia McKinney...

Not that she's gone anywhere.  She's still with us.  She's just not a hero in my eyes anymore.

I wrote about McKinney a long time ago, back when I was under the spell of American Blackout, a documentary that made an apparently good case for African American voter disenfranchisement during the Bush elections.  

Reality is messier, and, with a stomach churning predictability, it appears the person doing the docu was conned, or at least presented with a very incomplete picture.  From comments in this review:

I thought we saw the end of Cynthia McKinney and her Black Panther supporters when she lost her re election. Well it looks like shes back and this time brought some kid to back her up. Ian Inaba is a 28 year old Berkley Liberal whose claim to fame is creating Eminems Bush bashing video Mosh in 2004. Now McKinney stars in Inabas newest independent documentary focusing on alleged voter disenfranchisement. A second recount of Floridas votes by the Miami Herald and a consortium of major news organizations confirmed that George W. Bush won the 2000 election. Also, investigations by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and the U. S. Justice Departments Civil Rights Division found that no blacks were denied the right to vote in the 2000 election. During the 2004 election, Democratic Party operatives continued to perpetuate the myth that black voters were disenfranchised during the 2000 presidential election. If blacks had been denied the right to vote, then why did all of the Democratic Party senators, including John Kerry, John Edwards, Bob Graham and Bill Nelson refuse to support the filling of a voter fraud lawsuit by the Congressional Black Caucus? It is obvious that this poorly directed documentary is designed to generate hatred among black voters toward Republicans and should be avoided by all. Lets not even mention that this woman is also a racist. Check out youtube and find the video of her Black Panther supporters caught on tape spewing racist remarks.

I don't agree it was designed to generate "hatred", per se.  Bush junior was doing plenty to generate bad feeling all on his own.   But it does seem to have an agenda of radicalizing the left into believing things were worse than they were.  And I'm dubious about Democratic Operatives, though political operatives are certainly possible.

But it was the comment about the racist remarks that caught my attention.  Ever since conspiracy bilk master Richard Gage gave a speech in front of the notoriously anti Semite Nation of Islam, I've wondered about Ms. McKinney.  At the very least her failure to shut down the anti semite/Jew rhetoric of her ardent followers.  I'm more and more convinced McKinney is the Patriot/Militia/Tea Parties answer to an "alibi Jew" role to hide their deep hatred of black people. And it's known the far right makes strategic alliances with persons who share an extreme belief, in this case the mutual anti Semitism will make them over look that little African ancestry problem.

Atlanta, GA, August 9, 2006 … The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) expressed outrage over the incident last evening in which members of Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney's security entourage, including individuals associated with the New Black Panther Party, physically and verbally attacked members of the media, spewing racist and anti-Semitic epithets.

"It's astonishing that in a democratic election anti-Semitism still rears its ugly head. Once again some McKinney supporters have resorted to anti-Semitism and racist language and are blaming Jews for her loss to an African-American opponent," stated Shelley Rose, ADL's Southeast Region Associate Director. "The fact that she has frequently included The New Black Panther Party -- which is perhaps the largest organized anti-Semitic and racist Black hate group in America-- in her security entourage is extremely troubling." 

According to reports and video coverage, as McKinney arrived at her campaign headquarters late last night, Steve Muhammad, one of McKinney's security staff scuffled with the media and was accidentally struck by a news camera carried by a television photographer, receiving a cut on the right side of his head.  Muhammad then physically lashed out at the photographer. During the scuffle, another member of her entourage who wore a New Black Panther Party pin shouted expletives at the media, including calling them "crackers" --a derisive term for whites – and telling them, "You got what you damn wanted. You got your Uncle Tom, now go put your cameras on him," referring to Hank Johnson, the African American candidate who defeated Ms. McKinney. He continued to rant, "You ain't in Israel and this ain't no Lebanese people, so back up. Gonna get your Jewish [expletive]… (inaudible)…."

Following McKinney's concession speech, a reporter attempted to ask the Congresswoman why she thought she lost. The New Black Panther member interrupted, shouting, "Why do you think she lost? You wanna know what led to the loss? Israel. The Zionists. You. Put on your yarmulke and celebrate." 

"This incident is reminiscent of the 2002 campaign in which Rep. McKinney's father "blamed the J-E-W-S" for her defeat," said Ms. Rose. "Rep. McKinney did not distance herself from the anti-Semitic comments then, and her service in Congress has been clouded by a perception that she also harbors such feelings."

So, alas, I must put aside the good feelings I had about Ms. McKinney.  I must conclude her refusal to denounce these comments by her followers is a sign of her approval and/or indifference to anyone offended. 


This is unfortunate because her comments in the  wake of the 9/11 attacks were not unreasonable, especially to those of us wondering how quickly we were told Osama Bin Laden was behind the attacks, with no evidence this knowledge was being used to prevent the attacks.  In that information vacue McKinney's statments made more sense than, "Oops, we couldn't have predicted it":

McKinney gained national attention for remarks she made following the 2001 US attacks, charging that the United States had advance knowledge of the attacks and that US President George W. Bush may have been aware of the incipient attack and allowed them to happen,^[17] allegedly due to his father's business interests: "It is known that President Bush's father, through the Carlyle Group, had–at the time of the attacks–joint business interests with the bin Laden construction company and many defense industry holdings, the stocks of which have soared since September 11."[17

Now as true as these criticisms might be, one has to look at the body of McKinney's political career before and after the attacks, and conclude everything is not as it appears.

This also casts a different light on the Webster Tarpley/LaRouche/Fetzer/wq2rx//Kennebunkport Fiasco.   The short version is the people "attacked" were in on the con.   Indirect evidence of this surfaced early this year, one of the "victims" being interviewed by a man now confirmed to directly support racist politicians.

So, yeah, that was a thing.   Sad, disappointing, but life goes on.

Re: Rethink.org for 7 bucks at Facebook

 This wee gem gives an inkling of how convoluted the "truth movement" fraud is.  Also a sign of how little "sheeple" remain to front the scam, forcing the long term players to cannibalize  each other.

Rethink911.org was a website started by one of the sleaziest "truther" conartists, a mental basket case with compulsion for self destructive behaviour.  This is explained by experts in terms of needed to feel Godlike, even if it means the complete destruction of their future prospects:

Narcissists can be self-destructive as often as they are destructive to others. They have a great deal of trouble accepting responsibility for their own actions, under any circumstance.

And:

I'd describe this as bat shit insane, but I'm funny that way.   Unfortunately it matches up exactly with the behaviour of the worst persons pushing/selling the "truther" con.   More reasonable persons tried to distance themselves.  But an Internet search for

Truthers Plan to Hand out Fake Brochures for 9/11 Museum On Opening Day

The dedication of the new National September 11 Memorial Museum happened last week, with speeches from President Obama and Mayor de Blasio and flags flown at half-mast outside at the World Trade Center Memorial Plaza. The museum will open to the public on Wednesday, May 21, and the 9/11 truth squad is, predictably, planning a visit of their own.
The Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth have been very dedicated for a very long time to promulgating the theory that September 11 was an inside job, and that the Twin Towers were felled by a controlled demolition. Their latest effort in New York was a billboard in Times Square. But for the opening day of the 9/11 Museum, they've got something else planned: fake museum brochures, designed to look exactly like the real ones.

On a related website called 9/11 Working Group of Bloomington, AE911Truth calls the September 11 Museum "elaborate, taxpayer-funded, public relations campaign to forever cement the fantastic claims of the official conspiracy theory into the history books." They say museum visitors will be presented with "a first-rate 'Madison Avenue' account of September 11th that has served as the justification for two wars, demolished our national economy, and deprived us of our privacy and civil liberties."
So AE911Truth, almost none of whom are based in New York, started fundraising to send their members here, to hand out brochures outside the museum on opening day and again on Saturday, May 24. "By printing thousands of educational flyers and distributing them via teams of AE911Truth volunteers at the memorial grounds entry," they write, "we can inform the public as to why the 9/11 Memorial Museum is largely a fraud."
If nothing else has worked to open the eyes of the non-conspiracy-minded public, surely fake brochures will do the trick.

Or not.

Predictably this stunt has all but backfired, but that will be very useful to radicalize new troops who will see the negative attention as "proof" they are "on to something".

Let's be clear: Architects and Engineers for 9/11 "Truth" is a fraudulent non-profit.   I can say that with confidence because there is no proof over it's years of existence they have any intention of lobbying for a new investigation or proper scientific testing of samples.  They also endorse the work of proven scammers who push scientific frauds, and promote fake peer reviewed papers.   Almost every major associate at one time or another was either a member of Jim Fetzer's Scholars for 9/11 Truth, or was part of the Campaign for Liberty/Von Mises/Ron Paul machine.  This is just the latest stunt to keep the money flowing and/or laundering.


I hope whomever designed the real flyer DMCA's Gage and his assets.
