Radio host and prolific blogger Jim Fetzer hosted Mike Billington for an hour Wednesday night. Fetzer strongly supports the LaRouche movement, and wanted to address the nazi police-state measures being passed this week as part of the National Defense Authorization Bill. Fetzer had already posted on his website the video of Sen. Levin exposing Obama's personal role in preventing the watering down of the bill to eliminate the President's power to arrest and incarcerate Americans indefinitely, without cause or due process.  
      
He asked repeatedly why Obama believes he needs this power, allowing Billington to discuss the control of the madman Obama by the British Empire, the genocidal intentions of that Empire, the history of the Empire's effort to destroy the United States and sovereignty in general, and the necessary mobilization (in spite of Christmas) to stop the onrushing global nuclear war by removing Obama. Billington discussed the potential for victory through Glass Steagall and the global NAWAPA, but that the population and its leaders had to grasp the issue of metaphor and Shelley's concept of the potential transformation of common people through the awakening of creativity in a moment of crisis.       Fetzer had some disagreements on certain historical issues and on the nazi nature of the Green movement, but didn't want to waste time nit-picking over his disagreements, and kept firing questions at Billington. He told his audience that the situation could not be more dangerous, and that they should tune in next week to hear another LaRouche spokesman (Harley), and that they should go the LPAC website in the meantime.

"Fetzer strongly supports the LaRouche movement," ....rarely does one get such unequivocal statements.  Mind, one might expect Fetzer to deny it...except he's blog the interview at his own blog:

This is not entirely a surprise.  Fetzer has associated and worked with the sleaziest  Nazi whores promoting the "truth" movement.  But proof of his direct support of known frauds and cultist have been thin.

Fetzer put himself on the radar as more than just a conspiracy kook in the fall out after Tarpley's Kennebunkport warning.   He was almost certainly the person who arranged for the WQ2RX stalking porn videos to be made, that included person information gathered fraudulently mixed with images of sexualized girls, some of whom were preteens.  Ironically it was John Albanese of all people who all but backhandedly confirmed this  when he tried to poo pooed the idea in a private group email exchange, only to be schooled by another participant.

There are archived clips of Fetzer, speaking with Tarpley, and demanding to know who the people were who called out the so called "warning" as a hoax.  Soon after the videos started spawning, some of which very stupidly call for help from Craig "Killtown" Lazo's Portland friends, one a lawyer long overdue for disbarment, another a legal aid who no one has heard from since.  Lazo's friend Andrew Kelly aka Spiney was also a participant, along with the notorious Greg Thomson aka Ozzybinoswald who seems to have made most of the worst videos.

I suppose Fetzer thought he was very clever:

"I'll ask for info on people by radio interview, and when the videos show up no way can anyone think I could ever have anything to do with them being made."

Um, yeah...if they don't have a brain.  Even if Fetzer and his merry band of schmucks managed to convince persons there are "agents" trying to hide the "truth", it's still more likely the people releasing this so called anonymous info are the same scumbags who had scammed them into joining, NOT mysterious government shills.

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh.

Let us not forget that Lyndon Larouche is a convicted fraud.   So how fitting that the organization founded by one fraud is exposing another fraud.

There is a very charming fairytale still spread on the James Randi forums(now the International Skeptics whatsit): many posters, bless em,  still cling to the idea Fetzer is somehow a gullible loon who falls for every conspiracy.

On the contrary the evidence overwhelmingly points to Mr. Fetzer being an architect in the creation of these frauds, and ruthlessly recruits front men to hide his part in the con.  His associates include other big name charlatans like Webster Tarpley, Alex Jones,  Kevin Barrett...all who have strong ties to fringe right politics, Nazi apologists and racists.  Fetzer once bragged in an email chain about having a "Portland Contact".  It's obvious that was either Craig Lazo or one of his group, making rumors Fetzer is pretending to not know who Lazo is very, very funny.

This is so fucking hilarious.  Years ago the most common tactic to manipulate people conned into "truth" to sharing information was claims of "transparency".   Now the sad gits are too afraid to let people hear them.   As if being interviewed by  Holocaust Denier on the same show with a white power racist isn't enough to sink what's left of Richard Gage's tattered credibility.

(For me it was recruiting a convicted sexual predator.  

 John P. DiNatale - Richard Gage's special friend, stood together at the podium in Time Square on 9/11/13.  They also did an interview outside NBC studios on the same day. Richard has known him for at least a year. But why after a year did Richard not know that John P. DiNatale sexually abused a girl under the age of 14? This is not a rumor - this is not libel - this is the truth. John DiNatale is a registered sex offender, being tried and convicted in two different states.

In 2004 he was convicted in Richmond, NY for 2nd degree Sexual Abuse.
In the same year he was convicted in Middlesex, NJ for aggravated criminal sexual contact.

Espada is also a member of Fetzer's scholar's group, something he's never admitted to while he writes the usual bs about Fetzer being a shill.   [Side note: Espada was also a member of Vicky's group for at least several months, something else he's never admitted to]

Looking back the arrogance of these people is amazing.  They clearly never expected to be caught out.  As it is, just wait long enough and it all comes out in the wash.

Merlin Miller has formed a new party, called the American Eagle Party. Miller had been the 2012 presidential nominee of American Third Position, which later changed its name to the American Freedom Party. Although many leaders of the American Freedom Party have now left it to create the American Eagle Party, the American Freedom Party has not been dissolved.

 On Rand Paul, Tea Parties, and the White Supremacist Roots
of Private Enterprise and Privatization

The victory of Tea Party and militia supporter Rand Paul as Republican nominee
for the U.S. Senate in Kentucky signaled the mainstreaming of allegedly ‘anti-
establishment’ right wing forces. It also prompted a lot of liberal and conservative attention to Paul’s support of private property rights against government, because of his “philosophizing” that the section of the Civil Rights Act which prohibits racial discrimination at restaurants and hotels violated the “free speech” rights of private business owners.

Rand Paul and his supporters claimed he was misrepresented. He wrote, “I was asked if I supported the Civil Rights Act of 1964. I stated that ‘I like the Civil Rights Act in the sense that it ended discrimination in all public domains, and I’m all in favor of that.’ In response, the interviewer asked me about private domains, and I did what typical candidates don’t - I discussed some philosophical issues with government mandating rules on private businesses. I think the federal government has often gone too far in regulating private citizens and businesses.” He claims that he was simply displaying atypical honesty. But these words make clear that Paul was simply using the same weasel code words of “private property rights’ and ‘state’s rights’ that were widely used at the time of the original debates over civil rights to defend racial segregation and de facto US apartheid. Paul specifically explains that “private clubs” restrict membership on a racial basis, which he says is “abhorrent” but protected.

What this really exposes is the covert white supremacy inherent in private
enterprise and in the privatization of public institutions in the US. For
example, in the wake of Brown v. Board of Education finding racial
segregation in public schools unconstitutional, there was massive ‘white
flight’ into private schools and suburban school districts. Ever since, through
vouchers and charter schools, there has been an ongoing effort to divert public
tax funding for education into private hands. This has been paralleled, after
the rebellions of the 60s, by the flight of private industry and capital (again
with tax subsidies) from the inner cities of the north and midwest and the
segregated old Confederate states of the US South into the global south. The
bitter consequences of these publicly supported private policies can be seen in
the destruction and depopulation of Detroit and New Orleans. We see it in LA,
where Black and Mexicano families are being seduced by for-profit schools
to escape the devastation of public schools starved by privatization and racist
budget cutting. We see it in Rand Paul’s adopted region, where Tennessee’s
Corrections Corporation of America is the largest private provider of
incarceration “services” to federal, state and local governments overwhelmed
by mass imprisonment. Private prisons, police, schools and even armies and
spies (like Blackwater) are the final culmination of the privatization of land
and the creation of corporations as the original instruments of empire building.

But Paul is blind to these realities of racism and colonialism in present day USA. He writes in his own defense, “In 2010, there are battles that need to be fought, and they have nothing to do with race or discrimination, but rather the rights of people to be free from a nanny state. For example, I am opposed to the government telling restaurant owners that they cannot allow smoking in their establishments. I believe we as consumers can choose whether to patronize a smoke-filled restaurant or do business with a smoke-free option.” He compares denying business owners the “right” to exclude Black people to forcing them to allow in people carrying guns. He goes on, “Now the media is twisting my small government message, making me out to be a crusader for repeal of the Americans for Disabilities Act and The Fair Housing Act. Again, this is patently untrue. I have simply pointed out areas within these broad federal laws that have financially burdened many smaller businesses. For example, should a small business in a two-story building have to put in a costly elevator, even if it threatens their economic viability? Wouldn’t it be better to allow that business to give a handicapped employee a ground floor office? We need more businesses and jobs, not fewer.”

 First, Paul is perpetuating a lie about the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), which would NOT require a small business in a 2-story building to install an elevator. Second, it was Rand Paul himself who raised the issue of the ADA, seeking to explain or justify his opposition to the Civil Rights Act restriction on private businesses by making a parallel to an area he felt would have less support than racial equity. People ‘shocked’ at Paul’s defense of BP against government ‘bullying’ seemed to buy this subterfuge.

Paul may have accurately measured the opposition to equal rights and access for people with disabilities. Commentary from liberal and left sources focused much more strongly on Paul’s arguments against the Civil Rights Act provisions or for BP than his remarks about the ADA. Ironically, in Detroit where the genocidal impact of the privatization and private property rights that Paul champions are most evident, the recent US Social Forum was oblivious of or hostile to the need for accommodations and access for people with disabilities. As Ryan Alley, an activist from CSU Fullerton wrote: “How can 20,000 ‘activists’ talk about liberation in a space with no accessibility or polygender bathrooms? Others get free shuttles and enter the front of the building via grand staircase. We pay to take the bus downtown, enter through a dark hidden alley and discover that the workshop we wanted to attend was moved to ...another (inaccessible) building. Then we fight for the third day in a row to find a place to pee...” In response to struggles raised about the lack of accessibility, conference organizers emailed back that people who had an interest in that should organize a caucus on the topic and make a presentation. It is outrageous for the “left” to be more backward on this issue than the state, the churches or even the bourgeoisie. Left blindness on, or outright hostility towards, affirmative inclusivity for people with disabilities is unconscionable and inexcusable, in an era when disability is growing exponentially due to war, corporate industrialism, environmental degradation and privatized medical care. What does it say about the left if a disabled soldier has better chances of accommodation by the Pentagon, or a disabled prisoner has a better chance of accommodation from the Bureau of Prisons, than a disabled activist has of accommodation and access to progressive or left activities and organizations?

Where did the Space Beams come from?

In late 2007, Craig Lazo made a big hairy deal about me not caring about CB-Brooklyn/Judy Wood/Space Beams etc.   He took it personally to rather a  demented degree.

At the time it was just crazy weirdness in a sea of crazy weirdness.  Now it makes sense.  It was an opportunity to try to drive off someone who had finally been identified as NOT one of the real truther "hive".

Ignoring me would have worked so much better.  But in Mr. Lazo's case, any time there is a choice between a messured, rational response and sensational attention-whoring, attention whoring will win every single time.  

Well, Mr.  Kt Lazo will be happy to see I'm now giving the "Space Beam" theory my full attention.  Specifically who first pushed it:  Nazi wannabe Christopher Bollyn of the American Free Press. 

No, not Judy Wood.   Bollyn floated this theory at a conference of Holocaust deniers, almost five years before Fetzer introduced Judy Wood.

This is detailed in the Southern Poverty Law Center's Intelligence Report "The Next American Führer?, Issue Number:  107, Fall 2002, in the article  'Risking Their Freedom':

A group of 'internationally renowned scholars' probes 9/11. And, to the surprise of no one, identifies a familiar enemy.

House "journalist" Christopher Bollyn, who works for Carto's anti-Semitic American Free Press (a new incarnation of his Spotlight newspaper), said he knew something was fishy thanks to a friend in Denmark who taped 1,200 hours of news coverage of the attacks — much of which was later edited out by news services with a secret agenda.

One of those tapes showed "someone coming out of the towers" who said "he was hit by a bomb in the building. But then the FBI took him away."

The government, Bollyn added, sold the World Trade Center to "a [Jewish] strip club owner and he then insured the buildings quickly for $3 billion and now he wants $7 billion. ... So for $100 million in borrowed money he gets $3 billion."

Bollyn also objected to the use of an Iranian engineer to examine the collapse of the Trade Center's towers. "Don't they have any American engineers?"

And then there was one "Gregory Douglas," with his top-secret German document proving conclusively the Bush Administration and Israel knew about and likely orchestrated the attacks.

"Israel is always involved in everything!" he said.

That certainly got the attention of the attendees. Except, as a sheepish Bill White noted on his "libertarian socialist" Web site later (White had initially hailed the document as revelatory), it turns out that Douglas is an accused forger.

Veteran European journalist Gitta Sereny has written that Douglas forged a document that he told her was proof that the Americans and British had helped two Nazi war criminals escape Europe in 1945. Douglas' later book on one of them, Gestapo boss Heinrich Muller, was, she wrote, "filth" that was as "fake" as the earlier document.

From there, it got weirder still. In a question-and-answer period following the speeches, Bollyn suggested that the Trade Center towers might have been zapped with a "disintegration ray." The fine dust would be the logical outcome of such a ray.

Partin chimed in, saying it actually would have taken two disintegration rays to do the job.

Well, that's not completely surprising now Fetzer is out of the Holocaust Denial closet.  Confirms that Judy Wood is a victim and front woman for the space beam theory. 

Still leaves it open as to what benefit a group of Jew haters would gain by creating and spreading toxic tin foil Kool-aid.  

I have no answers for that one, not even solid informed speculation.   The best wild ass guess is uber whacked out "theories" will guarantee a pool of easily duped followers, easy to manipulate (they'll believe anything!).  How this can be considered a political asset in the long haul boggles the mind.  Any short term benefits gained by recruiting people so far gone to take "disintegration rays" seriously, will be overwhelmed by the liability of a base too crippled in critical thinking skills to make good judgement calls in the interest of the group.

On the other hand, maybe Bollyn and company don't care.   Maybe all they want of their dupes is an amorphous army of zombies to defend them without question.  The Ronulians of Paultard fame acted exactly like this, being  impervious to facts, logic and reason while the spread the "message" of Ron Paul.  Who can forget the scathing intellectual rejoinders  like: FREEDOM! LIBERTY! CONSTITUTION! 

Just substitute INSIDE JOB, and you get the same dynamic, but with a smaller pool of zombies.    And if that was the goal, it is also why it was ultimately a failure.  

Even at the height of the fakery/space beam craze, with Yahoo list-serves spawning like crazy, the most active participants were a core of scammers directly responsible for making up the theories, and a loyal following either in on the con or completely duped by it.    I would be surprised if the people outside the con, genuinely duped by it, exceeded 100. That's why they tripped over themselves when they got a "live one", real people who were taking their theories seriously(at least until they saw they were invented by crazy people).  These people were useful to "prove" fakery was real activism. 

But, since these theories never had a broad appeal, (in fact a main tactic to seduce people was it's narrow appeal, a la, "the sheeple don't understand these special secrets you are privy to") the demise of the beam/fakery "movement" could have been predicted by anyone with political savvy. 

In layman's terms, these theories were "too crazy for non crazies to care".  This was a handy camouflage. No one ever guessed the source of the Space Beam theory were actual Neo-Nazis. Neo-Nazis, and fellow travelers who were "risking their freedom" to organize this tripe:

There, amid families on budget trips to the American capital, some 120 people who do not believe that the Holocaust occurred gathered in June to swap dark tales of conspiracies and cover-ups. It was, in the words of The Barnes Review that sponsored it, "a history-making event" — a view not shared by most of those familiar with Review founder Willis Carto, a veteran anti-Semitic extremist.

But it was not Nazis or even neo-Nazis who carried out the attack — the deadliest terror strike in history allegedly came at the hands of foreign Muslim extremists.
Still, in the aftermath of the slaughter, white supremacists in America and Europe applauded the suicide attacks and praised Osama bin Laden, the mastermind of the massacre.

While they wouldn't want bin Laden, or anyone of non-European descent, living next door, leaders of the hard-core racist movement in the United States have seized upon the Sept. 11 attacks as an opportunity to expand their strategic alliance with Islamic radicals under the pretext of supporting Palestinian rights.
After hijacked airplanes demolished the World Trade Center and damaged the Pentagon, a number of Muslim newspapers published a flurry of articles by American white supremacists ranting against Israel and the Jews.
Anti-Zionist commentary by neo-Nazi David Duke appeared on the front page of the Oman Times, for instance, and on an extremist website based in Pakistan.
Another opinion piece by Duke ran in Muslims, a New York-based English-language weekly, which also featured a lengthy critique of U.S. foreign policy by William Pierce, head of the rabidly racist National Alliance.
In the wake of Sept. 11, several American neo-Nazi websites also started to offer links to Islamic websites.
The psychological dynamics that propel the actions of Islamic terrorists have much in common with the mental outlook of neo-Nazis.
Both glorify violence as a regenerative force and both are willing to slaughter innocents in the name of creating a new social order.

The potential for an alliance between American neo-Nazis and Islamic terrorists — an alliance that could develop into strong operational ties — cannot be ruled out given the long and sordid history of fascist links to the Muslim world.

Another reason this can't be ruled out is the long an sordid history the architects of the 911 "truth" conspiracies like Larouch and Tarpley have with political players in the Middle East.  The most recent manifestation of SPLC predictions has been the Iranian Press-Tv propaganda outlet which Tarpley is invested in. 

Another is a Blame the Jews and Hollywood conference heavily attended by friends of the Larouche cult and White Power political players like Merlin Miller.

Pokerface: racist "truth teller" returns to Truth Jihad

 Paul Topete of the band Pokerface was interviewed recently on "Truth Jihad".

 Topete's reputation as a purveyor of anti-Jew propaganda is matched if not exceeded by the person interviewing him, Kevin Barrett who has a long history of spreading antisemitism under the tired excuse of "free speech".  This individual was part of the "truther" scam from at least the mid-2000's, engaging in a variety of frauds, creepy behavior and intimidation tactics against persons duped into the truth movement who refused to push the "Joos did it" meme, going as far as spreading lies about people like Andrew Bernstein a 9/11 survivor.

Never mind the scammers have themselves to blame for duping leftists in the first place.  What did they think was going to happen once the anti Jew agenda was revealed?  Were these people really so arrogant as to believe real leftists would stay involved in the "truth" AND not speak out against racism?  Really?  I suppose it proves the fringe right really IS that dumb.  Hell hath no fury than an anti-racist conned into working with closet Nazis.

Yet, the most notable and questionable presence was that of controversial patriot/militia rock band Pokerface. Described by the ADL as an “anti-government, anti-immigrant, conspiracy-promoting rock music band, helmed by “virulent anti-semite: Paul Topete”
Pokerface members not only played music for the crowd, but they also managed the sound system, provided the event’s security and assisted event coordinator Lisa Miller with the general organization of the DC event. What makes their presence even more suspicious is that in all promotional website posts or materials for the day’s event there was no mention of Pokerface’s involvement anywhere.
In the past, Pokerface had been a staple of Ron Paul rallies and enjoys a healthy following from the survivalist and white nationalist communities. Lead singer: Paul Topete was a frequent poster on the white nationalist website VNNforum.
Last year, public pressure about Topete’s racism was brought to the attention of Ron Paul’s campaign and Pokerface was dropped from a RP event in Michigan. But, to no avail Poker Face continued to play at several Ron Paul rallies, including in the Washington DC since then.
Poker Face has also performed at a benefit for Willis Carto’s anti-semitic newspaper American Free Press and has endorsed the notorious Barnes Review, both outlets of longtime white supremacist Carto.
During this very July 4th Tea Party event, in a conversation with anti-racist journalist Daryle Lamont Jenkins of One People’s Project, Topete stated that “jews were responsible for 60% of all unreported crime in the United States”, while further claiming in this same recent conversation that “only 97,000 jews died in the Holocaust”. Paul went on to say that his libertarian views make him support anyone who has been imprisoned for simply speaking; he specifically noted holocaust denier and revisionist Ernst Zundel as an example. Other “interesting” quotes from Topete can be found in his interview with Mathaba:

One man with whom LaRouche and his group dealt in the mid-1970s was Willis Carto, the founder of the Liberty Lobby, according to LaRouche's deposition in a libel case last year and one by Carto in another lawsuit.
The Liberty Lobby, a right-wing group, has said it was never allied with LaRouche. Carto said in his 1980 deposition that the Liberty Lobby never endorsed the NCLC but that he was "quite impressed" with its members and that his organization's newspaper, Spotlight, had praised it.

Sometime in 1980, in one of my interminable discussions with defectors who quit the LaRouche organization circa 1978 in protest over their leader's anti-Semitism, it was suggested that I read Destruction of Freemasonry, which depicts the Masons as being tools of a Jewish plot. I can't remember whether I was told that the book had directly influenced LaRouche or simply that there were similarities in outlook between LaRouche and Ludendorff. In due course, I obtained a copy of the translation published by Willis Carto's Noontide Press and confirmed that indeed there were some convergences between the thinking of LaRouche and that of the late general. 

 It was also in the 1976-78 period that NCLC members met repeatedly with leaders of the Liberty Lobby (Carto's pro-Nazi outfit) and contributed articles to its newspaper, The Spotlight. During this timeframe, LaRouche met personally with Carto to discuss the "Jewish question," according to LaRouche's own testimony in a 1984 court case. Carto reportedly would boast later on (read here) that he had converted LaRouche to anti-Semitism, although the latter's earlier statements about Jews (example from 1973 here) suggest that he scarcely needed any persuading.

 Topete is deeply involved with a group of nasty political players.  This isn't Topete's first involvement with a "truther" conspiracy personality.  In 2006 Topete was interviewed by Michael Wolsey of Visibility 9-11:

OPP began a loud and aggressive smear campaign, raising a ruckus not because of anything in the music of Poker Face. The group went after Poker Face because its web site featured, among other things, commentary critical of prosecutions of thousands of people in Europe — including internationally-known best-selling historian, David Irving, sentenced to three years in jail in Austria — on thought control measures that level criminal charges and imprisonment upon those found guilty of the ambiguous accusation of “denying the Holocaust.”

Topete — who has both Jewish and Israeli friends who are fully aware of his opposition to laws prohibiting freedom of expression — was accused by the OPP of being “anti-Semitic.” And, perhaps even worse, Topete was accused of being a “Holocaust denier” himself — not because he questioned the Holocaust, but because he dared to defend the right of free speech for those who do.

This is where things start getting dodgy for Wolsey.  If One People's Party was starting a loud aggressive campaign, how did Wolsey, who prides himself on not tolerating this rubbish, not notice?

I am Jewish. I see people who do try to push anti-semitic views onto the movement, but luckily, the majority of the movement is smarter than that. We are smarter than the Weekly Standard would lead you to believe. We want anyone and everyone who was involved to be held held accountable. Be it Christian, Jew, Neocon or Zionist, we want accountability. Period.
If the 9/11 Truth Movement is anti-semitic, than what am I doing here? Last time I checked, I respected the religion of my family.
Stop trying to paint the 9/11 Truth Movement as anti-semitic because it isn’t, and neither is Ray McGovern.

Wolsey was involved in a con in late 2007 instigated by Larouche patsy Webster Tarpley.   It became known as the Kennebunkport Hoax and appeared to be an attempt to poison relations with the 9/11 truth movement.  In retrospect, now knowing the "movement" is a right wing based front, I'm leaning towards the theory it was to identify and isolate non racist truthers. I was one of those targeted...and so was Micheal Wolsey, along with Arabesque, Cosmos and Jon Gold.  Tarpley's mate Joe Azar even made a cute little pic to go with the ridiculous accusations we were "cointelpro":

This is possible one of the dumbest things these frauds ever did.  Beside the obvious accusations from Tin Foil central, this was one of many clues the 9/11 "truth" movement was a manipulative toxic fraud.  While I was on good terms with three of these people, I knew very little personally about Wolsey and literally nothing about Berlet. As in NO THING.   Why is someone trying to connect me with people I don't know and they have no reason to think I know?

When I explored the oddness of this at DailyKos, Berlet himself acted shocked, SHOCKED, I could be doubting the sincerity of him being attacked and refused to answer any questions, no matter how polite.  I've heard Berlet was also vouched for by a pathological liar and con artist who is a strong supporter of Kevin Barrett.  Since I have learned Berlet virtually built a name for himself being the go-to source about the Larouche Cult.   Based on other staged attacks, what this looks like is a complex confidence game to get the trust of anti-racist truthers.   I hesitate to be more blunt in my suspicions.    It is possible for anyone to be fooled.  If Berlet is not part of the con, he dropped the ball by not promptly explaining his involvement when he had the chance. 

As for Wolsey, he's expressed no interest in explaining why he was interviewing Topete, or even how he knew about him, considering Pokerface's mainstream appeal can be described at best as nil. This was a common occurrence  in the "movement":  people promoting the fraud, claiming to be anti-racists yet knowing or having contact with the right fringe most people on the left haven't heard of. 

Paul Topete is one of those people. And he seems to be trying to renew his "career".  Last November Topete was at the AFP FREE SPEECH CONFERENCE:

Anti-Semites And Extremists To Host “Freedompalooza 2013” On July 4th Weekend

White suprema­cists, anti-Semites, anti-government extrem­ists and con­spir­acy the­o­rists are among speak­ers sched­uled to appear at “Free­dom­palooza 2013,” orga­nized by Paul Topete, lead singer of the band Pok­er­face and an anti-Semite and anti-government extrem­ist.   It is the third time Topete has orga­nized such an event in Penn­syl­va­nia, but he allegedly has plans to orga­nize future events in other regions of the country.

That will be something to look out for.

Topete has lined up a long list of bands and speak­ers, many of the lat­ter com­ing from extrem­ist and fringe move­ments and causes.  One theme that unites many speak­ers is vir­u­lent anti-Semitism or anti-Israel sen­ti­ment.  Two of the more promi­nent speak­ers, for exam­ple, are for­mer mem­bers of Con­gress:  Cyn­thia McK­in­ney and James Traf­i­cant.  McK­in­ney  is a long-time anti-Israel activist who has sup­ported anti-Semitic groups such as the Nation of Islam and the New Black Pan­ther Party, while Traf­i­cant, since his release from prison on fed­eral rack­e­teer­ing and bribery con­vic­tions, has joined the Amer­i­can Free Press, in whose pages he has expressed his own anti-Semitic and anti-Israel views.  Another sched­uled speaker is Jim Con­dit, Jr., who sev­eral times ran for Con­gress in Ohio, tak­ing advan­tage of his can­di­date sta­tus to obtain a plat­form for express­ing his anti-Semitic views in radio advertisements.

 This following pretty much confirms Topete's, and for that matter Barrett's, loyalties to the extreme racist fringe:

 Denial must be a lovely country.  I should fell sorry for her; she probably has no one else to turn to but other racist wackos.  But come on, lady: just bail from the whole scene. 

It's Merlin Miller who's the most telling participant.  American Freedom Party, formerly American Third Position, are desperately trying to whitewash their history, pun intended.  Once a "Political Party for White Americans", they've fallen back on the "Ron Paul Liberty two step", insisting they're centrist, populist libertarian-ish.   Meanwhile even some fringies think  FreedomPaluza, or at least Topete,  is too fringe:

At least two of the groups that Topete also said were sending representatives to Freedompalooza, the third such festival in as many years, insisted they would not speak at the gathering despite Topete’s claims. Stewart Rhodes, leader of the Oath Keepers, a conspiracy-minded group that is part of the Patriot movement, told Hatewatch today that his officials were not going to Freedompalooza and, having learned recently of Topete’s denial of the Holocaust, would never do so. In fact, Oath Keepers’ Pennsylvania representative, Mike Williams, wrote Topete Friday asking that the Oath Keepers’ name be removed from the Freedompalooza event. The Oath Keepers were still listed as participating on Topete’s website today.
“[W]e will be alerting our PA members to the holocaust denial views of the organizer, and encouraging them not to attend,” Rhodes wrote to Hatewatch, adding that Topete had confirmed his Holocaust denial views to the Oath Keepers.
Rhodes also said that an allied Patriot group, Gun Owners of America (GOA), had withdrawn a promise by its leader, Larry Pratt, to speak. He cited a GOA Web post that denounced Topete’s Holocaust denial.

 You know it's bad when some patriots won't go along with Holocaust Denial.

Topete's dishonesty and refusal to remove material is not a surprise.  I can confirm that the one quality of the far right scammers have is a superhuman arrogance that eclipses rational self interest.  Take this blog for instance.  The sole reason it exists is that, after over 7 years, the scammers  refuse to remove lies and information gathered under false pretenses.  All they had to do was shut up and use the delete button.  Then, not only wouldn't I be writing this, I wouldn't have ever networked with anti racists or learned the 91l truth scam goes to the highest ranks of political and racist organizations like "Campaign for Liberty".
Combined with the knowledge they are pushing a fringe right, racist fraud and don't seem to be stopping any time soon, means I'll do my best to keep other leftists from being scammed.

But I digress.  Topete is as idiotic as the rest of the "truther" leaders.  He knows he's representing a loud but small fringe and want followers to believe that they're "sweeping the nation" or some such.  Admitting factions of their supposed base object would undermine morale.   I can only hope Topete get's sued one day by fellow non-Holocaust denying patriots for his arrogance.

The American Freedom Party (AFP) is a nationwide white supremacist organization that markets itself as an upstanding, family-friendly, and nonviolent political party by portraying white people as an oppressed group, and themselves as an advocacy organization similar to the NAACP. However, locally, they have embraced a number of white power veterans with histories of race-based violence and murder, such as Kyle Brewster. Scratch the surface and it is apparent that AFP is a fascist party with an extermination agenda.   

AFP uses tactics and rhetoric borrowed from the activist left and libertarian right as part of their work to build a white nationalist political party. AFP is part of a fascist tradition known as Third Positionism. Third Positionism presents itself as a new, ‘third” alternative to both right and left-wing politics by advancing hard-right ideas through adopting and deploying radical left signifiers in ways that confound mainstream expectations for what the right looks like; an example of this is utilizing environmentalist framing to promote neo-Eugenicist policies. However, rather than being a new dimension of political thought, Third Positionism actually harkens back to the very origins of fascism--in Mussolini’s Italy, populist trappings were paradoxically used to crush the working class.

Extreme Makeover: Nazi Edition

Shortly after the collapse of the fleeting Golden State Party, on October 15th of 2009, Freedom 14 held a meeting to elect a new leader and a new party name. The leader they chose was William Daniel Johnson and it was then that they became known as American Third Position (A3P).  Officially launched on January 4th, 2012 A3P’s website stated that they were, "both a political party and activist organization dedicated to the interests vital to the preservation and continuity of ethnic European communities within the United States of America." This new description was a more focused and sophisticated version of GSP’s original statement of purpose.

In February of 2012, as a part of #OpBlitzkrieg, which targeted various Neo-Nazi organizations around the world, members of the Anonymous Movement hacked A3P's website as well as forums and email accounts connected to the group. One year later, on February 1st, 2013, A3P announced that they would be changing their name to the American Freedom Party, though their "passionate defense of freedom," as well as their platform and values would remain the same.

Even though the Golden State Party has changed their name and leadership multiple times, their affiliations have remained the same. In a photo posted on October 31st to AFP’s Facebook page, Tyler Cole (left) is seen standing next to current party directors Tom Sunic (center) and Kevin B. McDonald (back) at a conference in Washington D.C. for the National Policy Institute (NPI), a white nationalist think tank “dedicated to the heritage, identity, and future of European people in the United States, and around the world.”

The passage highlighted refers to a tactic most 911 "Truth" groups use, especially when a member is caught in an indiscretion.   But it's the associations that will out them; that's what happened to "Killtown" Lazo's group, when their reach exceeded their grasp.

Circular Logic: “Anti-Racist is a Code for Anti-White”

“Anti-Racist is a Code for Anti-White” is the mantra of the American Freedom Party. AFP promulgates the idea that people that oppose racism are actually trying to destroy the white race. This idea alchemizes anyone promoting anti-racism into an enemy bent on destroying whites, which proves the existence of the anti-white conspiracy. The use of the word ‘code’ is deliberate--it implies dishonesty and a secret agenda, and portrays anti-racists as liars, misinformation agents of the imaginary “Zionist Occupational Government,” or ZOG, an ever-popular theory among white supremacists.

Conspiracy theories have their origins in very old antisemitic narratives. Jews are called “bankers,” “Rothchilds,” or “Illuminati” in contemporary adaptations. The 911 Truth Movement and swaths of the Occupy movement both disseminated narratives that blended populism with antisemitism. Conspiracy theory catches hold where there is a twinkle of political consciousness, but still a strong incentive or desire to maintain the existing order. In the case of AFP, the hope is that white men will once again have easy access to decent, middle class lifestyles once the underhanded oppressors are overthrown. The truth is that poor white people are being exploited and screwed over, but it isn’t by a secret anti-white cabal. Poor white people are being screwed over alongside everybody else by the horrors of a capitalist system which sees people only as resources to use up and throw away. People sense that they are being lied to in the mass media, and that there is some hidden danger lurking. Unfortunately this gets redirected by white nationalists onto people they view as enemies, rather than at the systems that are actually oppressing them.

That's news to me, and my first occasion to possibly regret not voting this year - though, er, maybe not (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Third_Position_Party).

There is objection about Roy regretting not voting for a racist party, while linking to a racist fake news propaganda outlet.  This is hypocritically contrary to the list's supposed prohibition against promoting racist content, Roy's "maybe not" cutsiness notwithstanding:

Kissinger, US intelligence community endorse “World Without Israel”

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been vilified in the Western media for daring to imagine “a world without Israel.”

But according to news reports, Henry Kissinger and sixteen American intelligence agencies agree that in the near future, Israel will no longer exist.

The New York Post quotes Kissinger “word for word”: In 10 years, there will be no more Israel.

Kissinger's statement is flat and unqualified. He is not saying that Israel is in danger, but could be saved if we just gave it additional trillions of dollars and smashed enough of its enemies with our military. He is not saying that if we elect Netanyahu's old friend Mitt Romney, Israel could somehow be salvaged. He is not saying that if we bomb Iran, Israel might survive. He is not offering a way out. He is simply stating a fact: In 2022, Israel will no longer exist.

The US Intelligence Community agrees, though perhaps not on the precise 2022 expiration date. Sixteen US intelligence agencies with a combined budget over USD70 billion have issued an 82-page analysis titled “Preparing for a Post-Israel Middle East.”

The US intelligence report observes that the 700,000 Israeli settlers illegally squatting on land stolen in 1967 - land that the entire world agrees belongs to Palestine, not Israel - are not going to pack up and leave peacefully. Since the world will never accept their ongoing presence on stolen land, Israel is like South Africa in the late 1980s.

The extremist Likud coalition governing Israel, according to the US intelligence report, is increasingly condoning and supporting rampant violence and lawlessness by illegal settlers. The report states that the brutality and criminality of the settlers, and the growing apartheid-style infrastructure including the apartheid wall and the ever-more-draconian system of checkpoints, are indefensible, unsustainable, and out of synch with American values.

The sixteen US intelligence agencies agree that Israel cannot withstand the coming pro-Palestinian juggernaut consisting of the Arab Spring, the Islamic Awakening, and the rise of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In the past, dictatorships in the region kept a lid on the pro-Palestinian aspirations of their people. But those dictatorships began to topple with the fall of the pro-Israel Shah of Iran in 1979 and the establishment of a democratic Islamic Republic, whose government had little choice but to reflect its people's opposition to Israel. The same process - the overthrow of dictators who worked with, or at least tolerated, Israel - is now accelerating throughout the region. The result will be governments that are more democratic, more Islamic, and far less friendly to Israel.

The US intelligence community report says that in light of these realities, the US government simply no longer has the military and financial resources to continue propping up Israel against the wishes of more than a billion of its neighbors. In order to normalize relations with 57 Islamic countries, the report suggests, the US will have to follow its own national interests and pull the plug on Israel.

Interestingly, neither Henry Kissinger nor the authors of the US Intelligence Report give any sign that they are going to mourn the demise of Israel. This is remarkable, given that Kissinger is Jewish and has always been viewed as a friend (if occasionally a tough friend) of Israel, and that all Americans, including those who work for intelligence agencies, have been influenced by the strongly pro-Israel media.

What explains such complacency?

Americans who pay attention to international affairs - a category that surely includes Kissinger and the authors of the Intelligence Report - are growing fed up with Israeli intransigence and fanaticism. Netanyahu's bizarre, widely-ridiculed performance at the United Nations, where he brandished a cartoonish caricature of a bomb in such a way that he himself came across as a caricature of a “mad Zionist,” was the latest in a series of gaffes by Israeli leaders who seem prone to overplaying their hand.

A second factor is the festering resentment many Americans feel over the Israel Lobby's imperious domination of public discourse. Every time a well-known American journalist is fired for going “off-script” about Israel, as happened to Helen Thomas and Rick Sanchez, a mostly-invisible backlash, like a tidal wave rippling beneath the surface of the ocean, grows in power. And every time the Israel lobby slaps down someone like Maureen Dowd, who recently observed that the same Israel-fanatics who dragged the US into the Iraq war are now trying to do the same thing with Iran, the more people begin to wake up and realize that people like Dowd, Thomas, and Sanchez are speaking the truth.

A third reason for complacency in the face of Israel's impending demise: The American Jewish community is no longer united in support of Israel, much less its Likudnik leadership. Sophisticated Jewish journalists and analysts like Philip Weiss are recognizing the insanity of Israel's current leadership and the hopelessness of its predicament. According to recent reports, it is no longer fashionable among young American Jews to care about Israel. And despite Netanyahu's frantic attempts to sway Jewish voters toward the Mormon Likudnik Mitt Romney, polls show that Obama, who is on record saying he “hates” the “liar” Netanyahu, will easily win the majority of Jewish votes.

Finally, we come to the least obvious - but most powerful - reason for Kissinger's and the CIA's complacency in the face of Israel's implosion: The inexorable trickle-down of knowledge that Israel and its supporters, not radical Muslims, carried out the 9/11 false-flag attacks.

Increasingly, it is not fringe anti-Semitic groups, but high-level responsible observers, who are saying this. Alan Sabrosky, the half-Jewish former Director of Strategic Studies at the US Army War College, has come on my radio show to say that he has discussed with his colleagues the “100% certainty” that Israel and its supporters did 9/11. And Alan Hart, the former lead BBC correspondent for the Middle East (and personal friend of Golda Meir and Yasser Arafat) has also come on my radio show to break the story that he, too, knows that Israel and company orchestrated 9/11.

Today, we even have a presidential candidate, Merlin Miller, who is on the record stating that Israel, not al-Qaeda, carried out the 9/11 attacks.

The chief purpose of 9/11 was to “seal in blood” an intense, unbreakable emotional bond between the US and Israel, in a desperate bid to assure Israel's survival by launching a long-term US war against Israel's enemies. As the “dancing Israelis” arrested for celebrating the 9/11 operation tried to convince the police: “Our enemies are your enemies. The Palestinians are your enemies.”

But more and more Americans, including the US intelligence community as a whole, now recognize that the enemies of Israel (the entire Muslim world of over 1.5 billion people, along with most of the non-European world) do not have to be the enemies of the United States. In fact, the US is going broke and sacrificing thousands of lives in wars for Israel - wars that damage, rather than aid, US strategic interests. (One of those interests, of course, is buying oil and gas from stable, cooperative governments.)

As the recognition grows that 9/11 was not a radical Islamic attack, but an act of dastardly, bloody treason by supporters of Israel, it will become ever-easier for American policy makers, following in the footsteps of Kissinger and the sixteen intelligence agencies, to recognize the obvious: Israel has reached the end of its shelf-life.
