Kevin Ryan: Ghosting for Griffin to Keep the Truther Con Afloat?

 I rarely write about trutherism these days.  In fact one of my greatest desires is to never write about trutherism again.  Alas, the fraudulent antics of Craig Lazo his ex and his fellow scammers make that impossible until they delete all the material they should never have published...10 years ago.  Anyone who'd like me to utterly loose my interest in what the truther con is doing, should probably talk to Lazo about that.

That said, it's come to my attention truther icon David Ray Griffin is about to release another book.  Lazo's buddy "pat" at Screw Loose Change writes:

Gotta hand it to him, this is a real con artist at work:

Not make it obvious, by means of the title, the cover, or the table of contents--that this is ultimately a 9-11 truth book.

However, you can see the fly rapidly heading towards the ointment in this following sentence:

    The hope is that some people, not being aware of my notoriety, read enough of the first part of the book to see that I am not an idiot.

But "pat aka Brainless" hasn't done his due diligence.  Either that or he, like most of the scammers, is invested in pushing one message.  It's really hard to tell.  Ages ago, in some long deleted comments thread, he or one of his fans tried to claim I had Nazis sympathies.  That was so whew! 'out of nowhere', I always suspected he had an agenda(alternately a certain idiot was feeding him lies).  Learning in early 2010 he'd always known that the Holocaust denying, alt-right troll "Killtown" was Craig Lazo only confirmed my suspicions "pat" was a disingenuous political operator.

Anyway, the point is "pat" either has an agenda, or is thinking readers aren't smart enough to check his research.  In the link to the announcement at Journal of 9/11 Studies, one can download David Ray Griffin's announcement. Except it wasn't written by David Ray Griffin.  It was written by Kevin Ryan.

The idea DRG was writing anything should have been suspect.  Even "pats" terminally gullible blog co-owner states a common thought:

With my standard disclaimer that I do not trust Kevin Barrett very much, here is a repost of the 911blogger post about this, which I copy along with comments because of the evidence therein of fake truth infiltrators including Victronix, YT, Vulich, SnowCrash, Jules, kdub, Gareth and jimd3100 (a few of whom are no doubt sockpuppets of some of the others) doing everything they can to discourage people from listening to Prof. Griffin.  Hear the interview here.

So I guess it's nice of Ryan to step in and take over writing duties.

Now someone is going to say,  well maybe Ryan wrote the announcement for Griffin.  Sorry, if DRG is up to writing a WHOLE BLOODY BOOK, I think he could manage a glorified press release.

Next, Ryan was using his computer and the PDF settings.  Yeah, sure, whatever floats your truther con boat.  This is the same Kevin Ryan who claimed to be a whistle-blower after being fired from UL laboratories.  He was also involved in the previous publishing fraud the Bentham Paper, which for some reason I don't have a blog about.  Must correct that.  Until then Rationalwiki does a good job covering the basics:

So, it's not a surprise Ryan would ghost DRG announcement of his soon to be published book.  The only question that remains is, given how fragile DRG is health wise and given Ryan willingness to engage in less than ethical behaviour in the past, did Ryan actually write DRG new book?

It wouldn't be illegal, but it would raise questions of why he would do it.  Why not, instead, co-write it?  It would accomplish the same thing--issue a new truther propaganda piece to rally the troops--but without the embarrassment of exposure.

Who can tell what goes through the minds of "truther" frauds. Even after I knew the entire "truther" movement was a scam, it baffled me how stupidly it was orchestrated. (I am assuming they didn't want anyone to discover it was a fraud.  I could be wrong....)

 They literally only got as far as they did by a combination of riding the anti-war/anti-Bush wave and pure dumb luck.  As for this new Griffin(Ryan?) book, it'll be interesting to see how many copies sell.   A Google search of the title shows no conspiracy site related searches apart from Journal of 9/11 Studies and Brainless' SLC blog at this time.

Sex Offenders aren't just popular with two faced scammers or people taking photo ops with racists.   Richard Gage roped a guy called DiNatale into pushing his non profit AETruther scam, and either is so far gone he really doesn't see the problem  or believes even the worst publicity is good publicity.

So it's not too much of a shock Ventura doesn't see interviewing a man strongly suspected of sexual predation in the skeptic community as a problem.

What is slightly more surprising is a well known "skeptic" blog run by two fools found it newsworthy:

'Fools' might sound harsh, but they are either fools or scammers and opportunists if their activities over the years are any indication.  They stopped credible debunking ages ago,  really by early-mid 2007.  There after the blog was little more than copy pasta of other, credible debunkers, with the main course being an amplifier  for "truther" gossip.

The latest blog post is much in the same vein though not as irresponsible as some. JamesB logs in to write it, linking to a video:

Why this is even slightly newsworthy for skeptics is baffling to me.  As it was blogged 3 days after the interview, it clearly wasn't topical or urgent to anyone.  A search of  "Jesse Ventura and Michael Shermer"
show literally no English language blog besides SLC covered it, not even the usual conspiracy outlets(at least not with that title):

What's even more baffling is the SLC bloggers had no problem calling out DiNatalie when  cjnewson pointed out Gage/AETruth's involvement with a sex predator.  They even blogged it.  But Shermer gets a pass.

Hmmm.

It might be because both DiNatale and Badillo were legally convicted as opposed to being convicted in the court of public opinion, which admittedly is very YMMV.  In Shermer's case one could say, well, he's not convicted so he's innocent.  But reading the history this is very unlikely.   Normal, non predatory people do not have a history going back years of predatory behavior.   So even if I don't expect SLC to denounce Shermer, I do expect ethical, responsible people to not give Shermer a platform or publicity.

And while the rape accusations may not be proved in court, Shermer's overly friendly association with Holocaust Denier David Cole is unquestionable thanks to photographic evidence.  Shermer has yet to explain their chumminess TTBOMK.

[This is all aside from another serious issue regarding the SLC blog:  like Mr. Lazo they log into their blog regularly, so, like Mr. Lazo, they have no reason not to clean their blog up.]

Whatever the SLC fools intentions claim to be, giving either Shermer or Ventura publicity isn't helping anyone...except the conspiracy industry they both profit from.

So, unless SLC has a dog in that race, it's an odd choice for an alleged debunking blog. At this point there is no point to discussing trutherism except to expose it--and report its frontmen--as a scam.

Whatever Happened to Troy from West Virginia?

As 2014 closes and the 911 "truth" scam is gasping it's last dying breath, my thoughts go back to trolls of yesteryear, one of the sleaziest a man Troy Sexton, who styled himself as "Troy from West Virginia".

Troy made himself something of a "debunker" celebrity confronting "truthers" who almost always were never the actual architects of the truther con.

For instance Troy never bothered Steven "Earth Quake Machines" Jones, Kevin "Nazi apologist" Barrett or my bestest buddy in the world, Craig Lazo aka Killtown and his obsession with Suzanne Jovin and Val McClatchey.   Nope, almost without fail, much like the fake debunker Jaye Powers, Troy targeted people who were duped into the truth movement.  His motives are unclear, but the effect was to support the idea "agents" were trying to disrupt activism, therefore giving a false confirmation to people duped that their activism is real.

Troy Sexton was also behind the Killtwoofers blog, a bit of information I literally stumbled across, after demanding ISP traffic information from a source who had records from that time.  It confirmed what I'd suspected for some time, that SLC knew who it was all along.  Trying to blame me for setting up that blog was a sick, twisted game at least one of the SLC blog owners wittingly engaged in with the help of "truther" conartists known to Casseia/Killtown's group.  Brainless writes:

The nature of dynamic IPs is an exact match is unlikely.  Unhappily for "Killtwoofers" the ISP can confirm records at the time.

Of course I condemn this behavior. I specifically posted two days ago that we would not tolerate threats against people. One of the reasons I decided to start monitoring comments was we had people pretending to be others. We would point out that Eric Williams was a Holocaust denier, and magically just minutes later a brand new blogger profile would be created by an alleged "debunker" Holocaust denier, and Jenny would get all "outraged". People can play these silly and offensive games if they want, they will just have to keep them of our site. That doesn't mean I am going to drop everything I am doing and get outraged everytime they do though.
When we point out cases of truther misbehavior, we point to actual real people, with real faces and names like Eric Williams, Kevin Barrett, and Jim Fetzer. We don't just go out and create a blogger profile so we can denounce him 5 minutes later.

Turns out, actually they do. 

Which regrettably means JamesB will not be able to put this behind him without a formal apology.  Trolling with snarky comments is in no way equivalent to framing and gaslighting the target (Jenny)of a hate blog while protecting the individual (Troy Sexton) who actually made it.

And they there's Troy's arrest for child abuse.  What a guy.

But we don't hear about Troy any more.  Partly its because there are few people involved in the Truth scam who don't know they are pushing a scam.  But it's also because Troy's been tied up....in the legal system.

A man with a history of abusive behavior was arrested in Cincinnati Tuesday night for violating a lifetime ban and showing up at Great American Ball Park, where the Reds faced the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Troy Sexton, who's come to be known to Dodger followers as "Troy from West Virginia," was charged with criminal trespass and obstructing official business. He also faces a felony burglary count, though it was not clear what prompted that charge.
He is being held in the Hamilton County Jail on a $40,000 bond, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
Sexton, 40, of Hurricane, W. Va., was banned from the stadium on the Ohio River in 2008, after his participation in a brawl raised such a ruckus the game was delayed.
He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in that incident. A charge of resisting arrest was dropped.
According to court documents, Sexton came to Tuesday night's game to "shatter lives (in) the next couple days," the Enquirer reported.

In 2009, Sexton had a series of run-ins with authorities in Putnam County, W. Va., after he was arrested for directing a racial slur at the local police chief and for holding one of his sons upside down and pushing another son to the ground at an elementary school football game.

He was sentenced to probation after his wife told the court her husband had a history of mental health issues and hadn't been taking his medication.
He's also under investigation for sending tapes to authorities alleging they contained the sounds of him beating his children.

It was always clear Troy was unwell, to say the least.  Or at least clear to anyone who wasn't cynically supporting Troy's "debunker" efforts that backhandedly gave undue credence to the Truther con.

Troy's "debunker" friends were just as gullible as they thought "truthers" were.  Whodda thought.

 happens.    Let's take some time out for some random observations and corrections to our collective perceptions.

1.Self proclaimed "debunker" falls for Gamergate con

First up, I'll indulge a spot of pointing and laughing at one of the owners of Screw Loose Change who was spreading gamergate propaganda at JREF.  Either he's a gullible tool, or he's a secret supporter.  For those lucky few who don't know the clusterfuck that is gamergate, here's a relatively short summary.  Basically gamergate is another fringe political front.  But Brainster is very interested in the debunked sex for review angle:

As for the death threats, this post claims that it is most likely that Anita faked them. Ten tweets in 3 minutes, the last of which Anita screen captured 12 seconds after it was posted.

BTW, I find the story about Zoe Quinn sleeping around to get positive reviews for her games more interesting.

 Uh huh.  About that story:

 ...there is no evidence she "slept around for positive reviews." And to be honest I couldn't find anything more boring than someone else's sex life. Why are you interested in who someone else sleeps with?

 But the reply to the "Anita faked it" angle Brainster is pushing is the best:

Twitter does this thing where if somebody puts your Twitter name in their post, you get notified about it immediately. It doesn't strike me as unusual at all that that any Twitter user would be disturbed by the nature of the first few initial tweets and click the name to see the rest, and quickly screenshot such material before it can be erased. If the person who started the account began tweeting while Sarkeesian was logged into Twitter, she would've seen the tweets immediately. No skullduggery or Truthy conspiracism necessary.

 That must have hurt, the owner of a blog mocking the "truth" movement being told by a fellow skeptic to stop being a Gamergate "truther".  Priceless.

At a dinner event she attended featuring PZ Myers, Ashley encounters Michael Shermer, who allegedly spoke with her for several minutes while massaging his genitals through his jeans. She describes the incident here.

A comment left at Friendly Atheist names Michael Shermer as allegedly having harassed her, and “trying to sleep with a new young woman every TAM”.

Disgusting doesn't begin to cover it.  While one is tempted to blame Randi and he is ultimately responsible for what happens in his organization, it speaks well of him or at least of his pragmatism, that he's fired  DJ Grothe formerly in charge of the JREF forums(and apparently an enabler of Shermer) and retaken the helm personally.  

Nonetheless, it's a bit of a mystery why it too so long.  I suspect Randi is very conservative, and while intelligent, it makes him susceptible to a certain type of charmer.   While leftists can be duped by charm and out right lies, people heavily investing in the authoritarian right are the experts at living in DeNile, especially when that person appears to be a vocal fan and supporter.

As if that wasn't bad enough, Shermer has a questionable history with David Cole.

Mr. Cole-stien , adept conartist and Nazi apologist that he is, claims to have known Shermer since 1993 and has a photo to prove it:

I’ve known little Mikey Shermer since 1993. I tell many interesting stories about this “skeptic” fraud in my book, Republican Party Animal (available from Amazon, Walmart, and Barnes & Noble in the US, Waterstones and Foyles in the UK, Indigo/Chapters in Canada…but enough self-promotion).
Shermy got wind of the fact that I include quite a few pages of conversations that I recorded with him in 1994 – conversations in which he admits to defaming me and lying about my work regarding Holocaust revisionism. So, what did “Mr. Freethinker” do? How did “America’s leading skeptic and defender of free inquiry” respond?
He got his lawyers to serve my publisher with a demand to “refrain from publishing or distributing” my book! This is a man who slams religious institutions for stifling free inquiry and suppressing facts. And he wants to ban a book.
That’s some great skepticizin’ there, Mikey.

 Given Holocaust Deniers don't actually have facts, it's unlikely Shermer was trying to suppress anything that supports the fraud of Holocaust denial.  Much more likely Shermer, already under fire from rape allegations, was in damage control mode, trying to hide the rest of the skeletons in his closet.  At the very least, showing Shermer presented himself to the public in a false light.  For instance, no where in this Donahue show dated 1994 [Disclaimer:video uploader interjects commentary showing they have sympathy with Holocaust "revisionism".  Am seeking a better copy of this show] does Shermer admits he knows Cole previously, apart from a couple of phone calls.  Watching the clip, Donahue wonder's why Shermer is going in where other Jewish groups prefer not to tread.  But if one looks at Shermer/Cole banter and Shermer's pugging his Skeptic magazine, a reason presents itself:  this was great publicity for Shermer's magazine and gave him instant credibility among readers.  Remember this was before the Internet.

 In light of  Cole's exposure as a conartist, and Shermer's association with Cole, one has to wonder exactly how much of the truther/debunker/holocaust denial/forum trolling was a deliberate confidence game using JREF forums as a platform as an outpost of the cultural wars.  Remember, in the beginning the 911 truth con was pitched to the Left and the loudest debunkers come from the Right.

Last Notes on Shermer's friend Cole:
- Earlier clip from show, Cole reiterates, in spite of his Jewish background, that he's an Atheist. [Disclaimer:video uploader interjects commentary showing they have sympathy with Holocaust "revisionism".  Am seeking a better copy of this show]

 - The entire claim pushed by Nazi apologists that Cole was driven into hiding by Jews is skewed:  it wasn't Jews or "Zionists", but a man called Irv Rubin who represented a fringe rightwing extremist group.  A brief reading of Wikipedia will show Rubin in no way represents the actions of mainstream Jews or persons who object to anti-Semitism.

A note about fellow Donahue TV participant Bradley Smith from the ADL:

 Though he often tries to present himself as a free speech activist, Bradley Smith has functioned as a propagandist for the Holocaust denial movement since 1983. He has achieved his greatest notoriety as the director of the Committee for Open Debate on the Holocaust, whose mission is to disseminate Holocaust denial to students on college campuses. In more recent lectures promoting his book, Break His Bones, Smith has sought to refocus his message on the free speech issue and to “decriminalize Holocaust history.” Privately, he admits that his aim continues to be promoting “revisionism” and anti-Israel propaganda.

3. Last in the Laundry airing is Mia Dolan.


The "Mia Dolan" I know was responsible for exposing "gretavo" as Gustavo Espada, a member of Fetzer's Scholars group(a fact Espada has never admitted) in comments at the Daily Kos, where 911blogger users like "Cassiea" and "Vesa" were claiming to spread the truth.  This was in 2006, but I never knew about it until years later, unfortunately.  It would have been much easier to see it was all a scam by early 2007 if I had.

Sadly, Mia Dolan, however useful they've been confirming the Scholars/911blogger/Wtvdemolition scam, has chosen the screen name of a woman who claims to be a psychic:

Mia Dolan is an Isle of Sheppey-born best-selling author^{[citation needed]} and self-proclaimed psychic based in the United Kingdom. She writes and teaches at her own psychic school.^[1]

 While I personally know people who are "psychic readers"- basically talented empathic cold readers who attribute their skills to intuition and/or spirit  guides, the money they "make" is a negligible gratuity and no different from visiting a therapist or priest.
 
When people are making thousands of dollars off so called psychic powers, that's a game changer.  Dolan has been mentioned on James Randi's forum.

The "Mia" at Dailykos appears to be in Minnesotta, at least according to their blog, Minnesota DFL Caucus Reminder (with Poll).

Nonetheless, their choice of screen name should make one cautious about where exactly they're coming.  


That's all for now.  Given the convoluted nature of the "truther" fraud, this is unlikely to be the last of the laundry aired....

Jenny Sparks. Wouldn't it be Great?

Wouldn't it be great to wake up with the following news....

Jenny Sparks found dead. Each of her nipples had been bitten off. Her left eyeball had been removed with a pair of tweezers. Two fingers on each hand, along with two toes on each foot had been cut off with scissors. She layed sprawled out on the floor. Her arms nailed to the floor, crucifiction style. Carved into her torso were the word "DIE TWOOFERS" over and over again. The official cause of death was drowning. Her lips had been superglued together and a continuous flow of water was seeped into her nostrils.

Wouldn't it be great?........

As horrid as this is, it's more bizarre because, frankly, I was a nobody in 911 "truth".   Why would anyone go to the effort?

As I’ve already pointed out, even if “Commander Jenny Spark” and “Killtwoofers” have different IP addresses, that hardly prevents them from being the same person. Setting up a fake blog under a different IP address form your usual one would have been a trivial undertaking.

Furthermore, the fact that we suspect you might have created this blog yourself means that we don’t have much trust in what you say or what you post. Given this lack of trust, and since this supposed correspondence between Google and yourself will be posted by you on your blog, why would we assume it to be genuine?

Also, even if Google were to indulge this request to trace the IP address (which seems unlikely) and even if they were to turn it over to you once they had done so (even less likely) and even if we trusted you to faithfully relay the results of this trace to us (which we don’t) what would it prove?

You can enter [an IP address] into a "reverse lookup" service -- there's one at zoneedit.com/lookup.html -- and find out who owns it. In my example, the answer is Google, and the lookup provides a postal address in Mountain View, California. However, in most cases, the number will be one of a large block assigned to an internet service provider (ISP) such as BT, and knowing BT's address is not much help. You would need to look up BT's logs to find out who was using a particular IP address at a particular time, then look up BT's customer records to find the user's postal address. ISP's don't make this sort of information generally available.

 Well, CW had a point.   Except that the accusations might not be entirely baseless.



Since, a request for the ISP information of "killtwoofers" has been made, but the parties seem reluctant to cooperate.  Now knowing the entire gig is a fraud, I've gone over exactly what certain debunkers said and have pieced together some facts:

1.  SLC blog traffic records have "Killtwoofers" ISP info

2. This info at first appeared to match traffic from my location(s)

3.  ISP traffic never again matched, implying a one off use from a non proxy account

4. The conartist pretending to be my friend at the time, privately advised me to tone down the denial, suggesting it might make people believe I actually did do it.

5. The blog owners of SLC, where the first link was published, have been less than honest about the order of events at the time.

6. Nor are they willing to release "killtwoofers" ISP traffic, even though they know by now is was not me and I've been sharing information about these frauds with the FBI.

Hmm.

My working hypothesis is one of the sleazy scammers, possibly a fake friend or associate, is "killtwoofers".    The pattern seems to match other provocation /mind fuck attempts:


1. initial outrage, sympathy and shock
2.  attempts to blame the target
3.  when target fails to respond as expected or refuses to be "guided", try to dismiss, move on, pretend it didn't happen

The last step is the clue:  because if the target is determined to uncover the source, the con artists are screwed.

Well, at this point they're all screwed.  I don't think the blog owners of SLC set it up, but it's possible someone they know did.  OTOH, if they are correct that is was from an ISP I used, then I know with 95% certainty who it was, and that is really, really bad.   It would prove a deliberate con, or rather, confirm the existing mountain of evidence proving a deliberate con.  

But let's look at Eddie, the first person who suggested I made the blog.  He appears to have moved on:

I seem to take something of a guilty pleasure in the anatomical study of conspiracy theories. Maybe it’s because their proponents espouse phenomenological explanations that are, shall we say, unnecessarily intricate. William of Occam would be turning in his grave. So much so that perhaps “turning” isn’t even the right word. He’d be performing rapid summersaults like a particularly ill-managed foosball mannequin. Any trace of reason or epistemological sobriety being expelled in dark trails by the overwhelming centrifugal forces. Apropos the vehicle for this gratuitously macabre metaphor, George Monbiot has written a couple of good articles in the Guardian this month. “A 9/11 Conspiracy Virus is Sweeping the World” where he takes conspiracy documentary Loose Change to task and the perhaps marginally more resolute “9/11 Fantasists Pose a Mortal Danger to Popular Oppositional Campaigns” from todays edition. Here’s a bit from the former:

There is a virus sweeping the world. It infects opponents of the Bush government, sucks their brains out through their eyes and turns them into gibbering idiots. First cultivated in a laboratory in the US, the strain reached these shores a few months ago. In the past fortnight, it has become an epidemic. Scarcely a day now passes without someone possessed by this sickness, eyes rolling, lips flecked with foam, trying to infect me. The disease is called Loose Change.

And the latter:

“You did this hit piece because your corporate masters instructed you to. You are a controlled asset of the new world order … bought and paid for.” “Everyone has some skeleton in the cupboard. How else would MI5 and special branch recruit agents?” “Shill, traitor, sleeper”, “leftwing gatekeeper”, “accessory after the fact”, “political whore of the biggest conspiracy of them all”.
These are a few of the measured responses to my article, a fortnight ago, about the film Loose Change, which maintains that the United States government destroyed the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon. Having spent years building up my leftwing credibility on behalf of my paymasters in MI5, I’ve blown it. I overplayed my hand, and have been exposed, like Bush and Cheney, by a bunch of kids with laptops. My handlers are furious.

Those last few paragraphs perhaps betray sympathy with Maddox’s view of the matter; but for less glib accounts of what’s wrong with the conspiracy theories “The 9/11 Truth Movement in Perspective” from Skeptic Magazine and “Debunking the 9/11 Myths” from Popular Mechanics are actually really interesting in themselves.
Stay mental, yeah?

Apart from his "Jenny did it" bandwagon 'Sode, Ed seems to be reasonable and not under the thrall of extremist right-wing crap. Ed's blog is, ironically titled:

He was also wrong about how IP's work.  Google doesn't need to trace a user's IP address.  Google KNOWS.  As does Facebook, Youtube, etc.   And as we can see from the blog being hidden, Google does care.

But it is odd Eddie didn't cotton on that Google KNOWS.  Ed's right they might not share without a court order, but they do KNOW.  And they would know over the course of a week-ish:

-the IP KT set up the account at
-the IP KT used to post at SLC
-the IP KT used to publish the blog.

If KT used the same ISP for all, then there was no way to confuse it with my traffic.

If KT used the same ISP as myself even once, then I know exactly who it is.

If KT was simply posting around the same time I was, and knew I was online, they are know to me, though not necessarily  in the same city.

I have all the lyng scammers ISP info from that time archived.  I just need a comparison sample.  Why people are protecting KT is a mystery.

Interesting, the initials of KillTwoofers is the same as Craig Lazo's screen name KillTown.

Fortunately for Lazo(who has enough problems to be going on with), the writing style is completely different from his or his ex's.  One of Lazo's charms is his inability to write in any style besides "snide passive aggressive whiny know it all". (His ex is much the same, with bitchy jabs).  Otherwise he'd be the prime suspect.


For the record...it won't end well.




Note: my browser implies "crucifiction" is not a word in British or American English.

 (Note, however, that crucifiction is simply an error in either form of English; crucifixion is the correct spelling.)

It is however a common misspelling and a neologism on one website.

Another word spellcheck isn't happy with is "layed", properly spelled "laid".

This probably eliminates at least two people from  composing this crap.  However, it doesn't  mean they didn't publish it.

Tonight(Christmas evening by the way), we've been repeatedly spammed by the same loser with about 5 different socks demanding evidence of an inside job. It must be really sad to have no life and to be doing such things on Christmas day.

Which indicates, if the SLC duo aren't lying about the Portland ip address, that it's a copycat.  Or the account was used by more than one person.

But there is another explanation that fits the facts, but would be very, very bad for the two people trying to frame me for the blog... because it would mean one or both of them knew from the beginning who it was.   And that is both deliberate and actionable.


Update: an hour later:

After checking ISP traffic records, it does appear this "killtwoofers" is actually Troy from West Virginia.  Visited commentary about himself from a similar Suddenlink dynamic IP address(es) in September and October of 2009:

 Suddenlink Communications 173.80.157.40

The nature of dynamic IPs is an exact match is unlikely.  Unhappily for "Killtwoofers" the ISP can confirm records at the time.

See what happens when emails are ignored?

Mind, this doesn't clear up the identity of the original "killtwoofers".   I'm assuming at least one of the SLC duo is not lying.  Otherwise why be cagey about it if they knew it was Troy all along?  And why would the conartist sleaze try to downplay it?

Actually that one is obvious: the tone of the blog is rife with "issues" the con artist sleaze brought up herself in private conversations.   Making the question of why would this even occur to Troy unless someone fed him content?

It's not his usual M.O.    But the writing style is plausible.   And we all know he's capable of it.

But my jury is out until I have the ISP info requested.  Given the length of time, about a year, from the first 'Sode, the second Killtwoofers could be part of a clean up operation to protect the first one.

Eventually it'll all come out in the wash.
