Dear Editor: Soon we will all be exposed to the officially sanctioned 10-year memorial production designed to re-enforce the state-approved narrative of the 9/11 attacks by appealing to our emotions. What we will not hear from official sources and their parrots in the mainstream media is any suggestion of the flood of factual evidence that well-credentialed scientists, architects, engineers, journalists, and other professionals have accumulated that refute beyond a reasonable doubt the official decrees about the events of 9/11. We may hear snarky references to the “truthers,” we may read articles attempting to explain the movement from a pseudo-psychological perspective. But we will not hear direct, open, honest debate about the actual evidence.

9/11 Blogger LLC, and the associated website appears to be a front group/site for AE911Truth, possibly using the shell corporation THE 911 INFORMATION FOUNDATION. I guess this would be fine if the owners of 911 blogger were honest about it and didn't ask people for money under pretenses.

There are also reports of the owners(which used to include another guy) refusing to remove accounts, posts or information of members who wished to no longer be involved with the website. They claim that they can't remove anything, even when a person was involved under deceptive circumstances. Any credible website removes material without question. Sometime in 2012 they invented a rule that anything published will be there forever, and try to hold people who registered years before that time that the rule. It makes one wonder what they're up to.

I would not recommend being involved with this business. Dishonest and manipulative.

No, I'm not talking about 911blogger, though if the owners of that dodgy website had honored my request to delete my account, and every post there, because I want nothing I've written to go to supporting a fraud...weeeell, I wouldn't know this creepy git--presumably a friend of theirs-was snooping about.

See, years ago, after being conned into trutherism, as soon as I realized something odd was going on, I took it upon myself to contact people who really know how the Internet works.  As a result, I know quite a bit about who has been lying about what.  And updates still come in.

The creeps should chew on that a mo.

After 2008, I always knew who was talking to whom, and that they were frauds.  I just didn't understand why.  It took a while to lose the idea these creeps were government agents, and see them for the political con artists they are.


Back to lurker. Radio host and prolific blogger Jim Fetzer hosted Mike Billington for an hour Wednesday night. Fetzer strongly supports the LaRouche movement, and wanted to address the nazi police-state measures being passed this week as part of the National Defense Authorization Bill. Fetzer had already posted on his website the video of Sen. Levin exposing Obama's personal role in preventing the watering down of the bill to eliminate the President's power to arrest and incarcerate Americans indefinitely, without cause or due process.  
      
He asked repeatedly why Obama believes he needs this power, allowing Billington to discuss the control of the madman Obama by the British Empire, the genocidal intentions of that Empire, the history of the Empire's effort to destroy the United States and sovereignty in general, and the necessary mobilization (in spite of Christmas) to stop the onrushing global nuclear war by removing Obama. Billington discussed the potential for victory through Glass Steagall and the global NAWAPA, but that the population and its leaders had to grasp the issue of metaphor and Shelley's concept of the potential transformation of common people through the awakening of creativity in a moment of crisis.       Fetzer had some disagreements on certain historical issues and on the nazi nature of the Green movement, but didn't want to waste time nit-picking over his disagreements, and kept firing questions at Billington. He told his audience that the situation could not be more dangerous, and that they should tune in next week to hear another LaRouche spokesman (Harley), and that they should go the LPAC website in the meantime.

"Fetzer strongly supports the LaRouche movement," ....rarely does one get such unequivocal statements.  Mind, one might expect Fetzer to deny it...except he's blog the interview at his own blog:

This is not entirely a surprise.  Fetzer has associated and worked with the sleaziest  Nazi whores promoting the "truth" movement.  But proof of his direct support of known frauds and cultist have been thin.

Fetzer put himself on the radar as more than just a conspiracy kook in the fall out after Tarpley's Kennebunkport warning.   He was almost certainly the person who arranged for the WQ2RX stalking porn videos to be made, that included person information gathered fraudulently mixed with images of sexualized girls, some of whom were preteens.  Ironically it was John Albanese of all people who all but backhandedly confirmed this  when he tried to poo pooed the idea in a private group email exchange, only to be schooled by another participant.

There are archived clips of Fetzer, speaking with Tarpley, and demanding to know who the people were who called out the so called "warning" as a hoax.  Soon after the videos started spawning, some of which very stupidly call for help from Craig "Killtown" Lazo's Portland friends, one a lawyer long overdue for disbarment, another a legal aid who no one has heard from since.  Lazo's friend Andrew Kelly aka Spiney was also a participant, along with the notorious Greg Thomson aka Ozzybinoswald who seems to have made most of the worst videos.

I suppose Fetzer thought he was very clever:

"I'll ask for info on people by radio interview, and when the videos show up no way can anyone think I could ever have anything to do with them being made."

Um, yeah...if they don't have a brain.  Even if Fetzer and his merry band of schmucks managed to convince persons there are "agents" trying to hide the "truth", it's still more likely the people releasing this so called anonymous info are the same scumbags who had scammed them into joining, NOT mysterious government shills.

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh.

Let us not forget that Lyndon Larouche is a convicted fraud.   So how fitting that the organization founded by one fraud is exposing another fraud.

There is a very charming fairytale still spread on the James Randi forums(now the International Skeptics whatsit): many posters, bless em,  still cling to the idea Fetzer is somehow a gullible loon who falls for every conspiracy.

On the contrary the evidence overwhelmingly points to Mr. Fetzer being an architect in the creation of these frauds, and ruthlessly recruits front men to hide his part in the con.  His associates include other big name charlatans like Webster Tarpley, Alex Jones,  Kevin Barrett...all who have strong ties to fringe right politics, Nazi apologists and racists.  Fetzer once bragged in an email chain about having a "Portland Contact".  It's obvious that was either Craig Lazo or one of his group, making rumors Fetzer is pretending to not know who Lazo is very, very funny.

This is so fucking hilarious.  Years ago the most common tactic to manipulate people conned into "truth" to sharing information was claims of "transparency".   Now the sad gits are too afraid to let people hear them.   As if being interviewed by  Holocaust Denier on the same show with a white power racist isn't enough to sink what's left of Richard Gage's tattered credibility.

(For me it was recruiting a convicted sexual predator.  

 John P. DiNatale - Richard Gage's special friend, stood together at the podium in Time Square on 9/11/13.  They also did an interview outside NBC studios on the same day. Richard has known him for at least a year. But why after a year did Richard not know that John P. DiNatale sexually abused a girl under the age of 14? This is not a rumor - this is not libel - this is the truth. John DiNatale is a registered sex offender, being tried and convicted in two different states.

In 2004 he was convicted in Richmond, NY for 2nd degree Sexual Abuse.
In the same year he was convicted in Middlesex, NJ for aggravated criminal sexual contact.

Espada is also a member of Fetzer's scholar's group, something he's never admitted to while he writes the usual bs about Fetzer being a shill.   [Side note: Espada was also a member of Vicky's group for at least several months, something else he's never admitted to]

This is exploitation, pure and simple.  If Martin was a real journalist, she'd have done her research on Lindauer and discovered some disturbing things:

 She was jailed for about a year but was released from custody in 2006 after another judge ruled that the government couldn't force her to be medicated for her delusions so she could stand trial.

In agreeing with the psychiatrist's finding, Preska noted the defendant once stuffed tissues into her mouth when she was admonished not to speak out during a hearing without consulting her lawyer.

I was fulfilling the role usually handled by diplomats. I would communicate messages back and forth between U.S> Intelligence & Libya/Iraq. The Arab govts greatly appreciated my work at the U.N. against sanctions, and I was well known on the Security Council. Whether they liked my politics depended on their position on sanctions, but I was well known there. It's only the American public that was ignorant of what I had done for years.

The whole thing was a con job on the American public.

What exactly is a back channel?
Who were you actually working for and who was paying your expenses?
How did you end up in this back channel position?
I am really curious as to how somebody could end up in such a influential position.

After three years, no response.  That by itself suggests Lindauer was being "handled" or coached by one of the frauds.  If she was doing this on her own, she'd have been allowed to ramble until she was banned.  Her coach probably noticed this was not a community that would swallow tin foil easily. 

But that's idle speculation.  What isn't speculation:  it's obvious that Lindauer is not credible.


I've written before I thought Abby Martin was being played by Russia Today.  I'm forced to go farther and conclude Martin is not a journalist, serious or otherwise,  but is a Libertarian opportunist.  Bringing us to her brother, dear Robbie.

But seriously, Robbie aka VH seems to be trolling for discouragement by being dismissive and bitchy.  Little did he know, had he simply been honest about being knowingly involved in a right-wing racist fraud, I would have fled the so called "movement" a long, long time ago.  

But Robbie wanted to keep that under his hat.  Not only that, but he was keenly interested in recruiting leftists to the cause.

Julia Child--007 ?

Now that the "truth" con is in its death spiral, in desperation  something--anything--in popular culture is being examined as a "clue".  To something.  I don't know what, but I suspect it'll be along the lines of 'I think I saw a guy on TV who might be  perp!!1!" paranoia.

This is how the "Mark Humphrey is the Harley Guy" garbage was started by Fred BsRegistration and Greg Thomson aka Ozzybinoswald, handily helped by Craig "Killtown" Lazo and his friends.  It turned out the Harley Guy was a radio personality called Mark Walsh and everyone was wrong.  A curious footnote many have forgotten: when Lazo was forced to admit they were wrong, he made a snarky comment about the "coincidence" they had the same first names.  

See, I don't believe it's a coincidence.  Some of the people uploading clips of the Harley Guy, sans Humphrey allegations, were the first to cave when proof of Mark Walsh came to light.  Those same people are associated with the Loose Change Forums where Lazo had posted previously.  One of those people even changed their story, saying they never suspected Humphrey, when before they said they thought it was a lead.

I have this archived, but they know who they are and it's really not important at the moment.  Suffice it to say, anyone in possession of the full Harley Guy clip would have had to deliberately edit the first part out where Mark Walsh is actually introduced.    Those people always knew the Harley Guy was Mark Walsh.    It's not a stretch to see a sleazy group of people pimping a conspiracy looking for a public figure they could pin it on.  Finding an actor named "Mark" wouldn't be too difficult. 

In the end it all backfired.  The TOS/TOU violations Lazo had to field from the fallout all by themselves may have been what made the hosting provider shut down his 911movement.org forum.    He can squeel his blackmail lies all day long, but the evidence is ample Lazo and company brought this one themselves.  All because the made up lies about strangers to prop up their conspiracy.

It looks like it's happening again, except this time at 911blogger.com.

If history is a lesson, "Shoestring" is trying to start trouble exploiting Ms. Child's memory.  It isn't the first time a "truther" did this.  One of Craig "Killtown" Lazo's most despicable acts was using the murder of Suzanne Jovin to prop up his conspiracies, an act that has been justifiably mocked around the internet.  Needless to say, if this 'Child is a Perp'  conspiracy gets legs, all information about the website owners and their activities will be sent whomever is managing Ms. Child's estate.

It's not just Child on the "shoestring" radar.  Michael Crichton is also being vetted as a "shady character":

Let's try to help "Shoestring": the only significance is he was on a plane on 9/11. The only reason we know about it is Crichton gave an interview.

Like the David Cole-stein situation, I'm a bit surprised I didn't hear about this earlier.  A throwaway comment at JREF a couple days back about Phil Berg possibly being disbarred inspired a Google search and it's not pretty.  For those who are wondering  "Phil who?", Mr. Berg is a long associate of Webster Tarpley, and patriot groups and Larouchies, was a signatory on the Kennebunkport Hoax document, and was better known for trying to rope any warm body into his misguided and possibly fraudulent RICO suits:

A while back there was a RICO lawsuit that was being handled by William Rodriguez. One of those represented was Ellen Mariani. Well, since then she has left the lawsuit, but apparently William Rodriguez, and Phillip Berg, have stayed busy at work.
A RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) lawsuit is a type of lawsuit developed origionally to try gangs, and now being used to try large portions of our government.
Phil Berg updated his blog on March 28th and at that time he posted a 180 page report outlining the case. I am about to go over it, thanks to indymedia for the link!

Here is the text of a letter that was forwarded to me via my local 9/11 group. Withdrawing is certainly Mr. Rodriguez's personal business and his perogative, but without a new plaintiff, the suit is kaput.

Urgent - By now, most of you are aware that William "Willie" Rodriguez

There is a 5 year statute of limitations on RICO [9/11/06], although I
believe we can argue that since there is no statute of limitations on

Phil Berg is an excellent example of someone who uses his professional credentials and influence to sell the "Truther" con.  To normal people it's inconceivable a lawyer in good standing would do any public controversial action unless they really did believe in what they were doing.  Unfortunately, in the "truther" community, crooked lawyers with God complexes are a dime a dozen.  Unfortunately, having a God Complex doesn't actally make one a God:

It may be some time before Pennsylvania lawyer Philip J. Berg files another lawsuit asking the Supreme Court to expel President Barack Obama from office. Earlier this month, Mr. Berg, whose law license was suspended last year for misconduct, lost his right to practice before the Supreme Court.
In 2008, Mr. Berg filed one of the first “birther” lawsuits, asking a federal judge in Philadelphia to bar Mr. Obama from office because of groundless speculation by some on the political fringe that the Democratic nominee had falsified records of his 1961 birth in Honolulu.

The court dismissed the case, finding that Mr. Berg had no standing to bring the claim, and was upheld by the Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in Philadelphia. Mr. Berg repeatedly sought Supreme Court intervention on his behalf, petitioning Justices David Souter and Anthony Kennedy, each of whom denied his claim, and then Antonin Scalia, who referred the case to the full court, which rejected the appeal without comment.

That's pathetic enough, but it gets worse when Berg ignores a paying client who is not part of his conspiracy clique, and digs a deep hole with his colleges:

But while Mr. Berg doggedly pursued Mr. Obama, he was not so assiduous in caring for his own clients, according to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which in September suspended him from the practice of law for two years.

The U.S. Supreme Court followed by asking Mr. Berg to show cause why it should not disbar him from its practice; he responded by resigning from the Supreme Court bar, which the justices noted in an order earlier this month.


His website, obamacrimes.com, last was updated in September 2012 with a post seeking “$2 Million Dollars for a Reward to Expose OBAMA for the Fraud he is.”
“Please contribute as much as possible – $25.00, $50.00, $100.00, $500.00, $1,000.00 or $5,000.00 or more,” the post adds.

According to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s disciplinary board, Mr. Berg was derelict in representing the wife of a Hell’s Angel, who had hired him to sue the Lancaster, Pa. police over an allegedly warrantless search and seizure of her home while investigating her husband’s stabbing of a rival motorcycle gang member.

The board found that Mr. Berg failed to answer a motion to dismiss filed by the police defendants, prompting a federal judge to throw out the suit. Mr. Berg dissembled when his client would inquire about progress in the case, the board found, until 2009, when she discovered through an Internet search that the suit had been dismissed years earlier.

The board reported that Mr. Berg was uncooperative with the disciplinary process, raising “frivolous issues” and pursuing “baseless motions that wasted the time and energy” of court officials. While he ultimately admitted violating several rules of professional conduct, Mr. Berg “did not apologize to [the client] but sought to justify his conduct by continually denigrating the merits of the case.”

Moreover, Mr. Berg “did not demonstrate genuine remorse for his misconduct,” the board said, noting that he previously had been disciplined for other rule violations, including “commingling personal funds” with those of his clients and neglecting earlier cases.

 This comes as less than no surprise.


Like many narcissists Berg manages to get the board to consider his dying mother excuse and volunteer work, never mind most people with dying relatives who volunteer are able to keep themselves out of trouble.

Berg has manages to dodge disbarment, but for how long?  As is noted in the comments, Hells Angels aren't known for their calm, reflective demeanor :

Hells Angels aren’t known for settling disputes by filing a malpractice claim with his insurer.

Berg was sued for legal malpractice by former clients on whose behalf Berg had neglected to file a response to a complaint in an ERISA lawsuit, resulting in a default judgment being entered against the former clients. Berg responded by bringing into the malpractice suit the plaintiffs in the ERISA action on a claim of fraud upon the court. The ERISA plaintiffs moved for summary judgment—which was granted after Berg failed to respond to the motion—and then moved for sanctions against Berg. Berg again failed to file a response.
On June 2, 2005, U.S. District Judge J. Curtis Joyner granted the motion for sanctions, finding that the fraud claim "was inadequately pled, not grounded in fact, time-barred, and utterly irrelevant to the pending malpractice action against him." Observing that an attorney's signature on a complaint constitutes, among other things, a certification that the signer has conducted a reasonable inquiry into the grounds for the claim asserted, the court further found that "even the most limited investigation would have revealed that [Berg] had no standing to raise such a claim." The court also found that Berg's claim was motivated by a "desire to harass" and "delay litigation." The court fined Berg $10,000 and ordered him to attend six hours of ethics training.^[4][5]

What's important here for any "expert" or "experienced activist" pushing Berg in 2005, is the RICO cases were concurrent with his malpractice case...and NO ONE in the "truth" movement noticed? Then or since?

On June 19, 2013, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ordered Berg suspended for two years for neglecting the 2006 federal lawsuit, stating that he filed the lawsuit on the last day for filing and subsequently "did virtually nothing to prosecute his client's claim," resulting in the case being dismissed. Berg then failed to notify his client of the dismissal and "over the next two years . . . mostly ignored his client's requests for updates" while leading her "to believe that her case was still viable." As aggravating factors in supporting the suspension, it was noted that Berg failed to "express adequate remorse" or apologize to the client. Also noted was his extensive disciplinary history, including a private reprimand in 2005 for commingling funds, an informal admonition in 2006 for neglect of a matter that resulted in dismissal of a client's case and a private reprimand and one year probation imposed in 2008 for failing to pursue a workers' compensation matter.^[6]
In January 2014, Berg resigned from the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States after it had previously ordered him to explain why he should not be expelled. Berg stated his intention to reapply for membership once the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania restored his law license.^[7]

 Berg seemed to be trying to make a name for himself as a "birther", failing spectacularly , but at least getting the White House to put the matter to rest once and for all:

Berg apparently earned respect for filing this "case" against the Bush administration.  For the record this case is nothing like I remember people describing it.  Like the Bible, it's so voluminous the temptation to cherry pick must be irresistible even to people who were familiar with the details.  I'll copy the Wiki summary, highlighting in red the bits I don't recall being aware of and would have found dubious if I'd known:

 This lawsuit made hundreds of allegations including allegations that the Twin Towers were destroyed by means of "controlled demolitions;" that members of the FDNY were ordered, on instructions of the CIA, not to talk about it; that the FDNY conspired with Larry Silverstein to deliberately destroy 7WTC; that projectiles were fired at the Twin Towers from “pods” affixed to the underside of the planes that struck them; that FEMA is working with the US government to create “American Gulag” concentration camps which FEMA will run once the federal government’s plan to impose martial law is in place; that phone calls made by some of the victims, as reported by their family members, were not actually made but were "faked" by the government using "voice morphing" technology; that a missile, not American Airlines Flight 77, struck the Pentagon; that United Airlines Flight 93 was shot down by the U.S. military; that the defendants had foreknowledge of the attacks and actively conspired to bring them about; that the defendants engaged in kidnapping, arson, murder, treason, conspiracy, trafficking in narcotics, embezzlement, securities fraud, insider trading, identity and credit card theft, blackmail, trafficking in humans, and the abduction and sale of women and children for sex.^[9]

Oh boy.  A wee obsession with underaged sex objects?  Wasn't that part of Jim Fetzer's misguided video harassment campaign, where Greg Thomson aka Ozzybinoswald, and Andrew Kelly aka Spiney made a plethora of videos with information about people obtained illegally and mixed them with underage "dancing girls" ?  And labeled this softcore pedo friendly porn "wq2rx"?

Montgomery County attorney who held office in Lafayette Hill disbarred

COURTHOUSE >> A Montgomery County attorney has been disbarred by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, according to a notice sent out Tuesday.
Philip Berg, who held an office in Lafayette Hill, was disbarred on consent according to the notice. The notice states Berg submitted his resignation letter to the Supreme Court. The notice states his resignation letter is under seal.
The disbarment, according to the notice, will take place on July 16.
According to an order filed the by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, he failed to let a client know, for two years, her lawsuit had been dismissed by a federal judge. The woman took her complaint to the disciplinary board.
The order states he took care of his brother during the time of the lawsuit in question and it states he acknowledged that he failed in representing the woman.
Berg is known as a “birther” who sued to have President Barrack Obama removed from the ballots in 2008 because Berg claimed he was born in Kenya. The order mentioning the complaint against him states he ran for Governor in the 1990 primary race against Robert Casey.
